Very pleasant stay, the house is located in a very quiet area, with a large garden. We loved the kitchen room which is very well equipped, we felt at home.

It was a very lovely house in a quiet district, we had a lot of space and we really enjoyed our stay there. The owner and the manager were both very friendly with us, it made our hollydays in koh chang even better. Higly recommanded

Small charming house surrounded by nature. The bedrooms and living room are spacious and well appointed. The kitchen is clean and well equipped, perfect for family breakfasts.Lots of shops and stores nearby including delicious little local restaurants.All this made our stay in Koh Chang very pleasant!

Great little family house.Pleanty of space in quiet envirement.Location is a great starting point for tge daily visit of the island.Kids where so happy about the space, even had puppy dogs visiting from the neighbour house, so cute.I hope i can return next year.

Good location too, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and you can cross the road and walk through a park to get to the beach which is nice.

Had an amazing time with my other half at this villa in Koh Chang. It's a hidden gem, peaceful and just a short walk from Klong Prao. The place is fully equipped, super cozy, and the garden is a tropical paradise. Perfect for couples looking for some quiet time. Absolutely loved it!

DO NOT STAY HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. The house is in complete disrepair.There is Very large loud machinery right beside the house that will likely continue for years as they are now clearing it with bulldozersThe house is completely infested with ants and you're in the jungle so there are a lot of mosquitos and very loud bugsEverything in the house is rusty or brokenOn top of All thatThe host is a lying psychopath that gets super aggressive when you bring up the noise from constructionHe started threatening myself and my 70 year old father to the point that we left halfway through an 8 day stayOn checkout he then tried to blame us for the state if disrepair of the house , pointing to all the problems that were clearly years old and trying to blame usToxic person , do not stay hereI've stayed in 100 airbnbs around the world and this has been my singular bad experienceAirbnb also took a month to even address my issues and passed me from rep to rep every day or 2 for weeksHighly unprofessional after dealing with a nightmare host. Wony be using airbnb againEdited: I did get my money for this stay refunded and AirBNB are persuing a case against this host. Do not listen to his lies ... I did not make noise.This is how he treats paying customers
