Area:The resort is located on the left side of the island coming from the ferry. The sign on the road is easy to see. Once you get here the area seems nice and quiet. It has a rocky beach and a little sand beach that good enough to tan and relax on with a few paddle boards and canoes to venture out into the water.Space and Service:The villas are a nice size and are clean. The problem begins with lack of details in service. For instance, the soap dispenser have to be refilled after a day of arrival. They do not make up the rooms unless you asked them. And when they made up the room, they did not changed the towels. There's no way to communicate to them other than to go to the reception building, so doing that a few times in a day or two becomes a problem. The shower nozzle was not working properly. The air conditioner is loud and seems to get noisier at night which made it hard to sleep.The pool is nice but the seating is limited and only two umbrellas under the hot sun.Food and Service:The breakfast buffet needs an upgrade, it's basic and simple with over medium eggs and added items that does not really go well and it's uncovered with flies hovering around it and as always, you have to ask for basic things from e ice to napkins. They also have a big picture sign upfront for 50 baht coconut ice cream but they give me a bill for 80 baht. When I spoke about the sign, they stated that's the price for another one ( but it's not picture). This is a resort, not a side stand ice cream shop, don't be deceptive for 30bht.Overall:This could be a good to great stay but unless they start to pay attention to all the silly nuisance, it's won't be worth the trouble to stay here.
