100k kip for an AC room. Great little place and very friendly owners who speak good English (and the Dad speaks some French!). They also can provide breakfast but no dinner. Perfect for a quick stop along the way!

Good place to stay with your bicycle, it has covered parking. The room is small but very clean, it has air conditioning, for 100,000 kip, excellent quality-price ratio. Friendly staff. Very quiet, no noise. Close to restaurants and the Mekong River to watch the sunset. I recommend it.

A wonderful place to stay!There is a beautiful, green garden around the building. The owner is very friendly and speaks great English.The breakfast was delicious and the price/performance ratio was great.We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nice clean guesthouse with rooms slightly set back from the road so quite quiet. Owners very friendly and speak good English. 100,000kip for air conditioned room. Nice garden. Breakfast 60,000kip per person.

My family arrived late at night and left quite early so we only had the chance to meet my uncle. He is very friendly and can communicate in English. The room is clean and fragrant. My family slept very well, feeling like sleeping at home. The price is extremely cheap. I charged 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds 220k kip for both rooms. The room is fully air-conditioned and has a water heater. Wishing you and your family good health and peace.

The room with air conditioning costs 100,000 kip. I read in the reviews that there were also cheaper rooms without air conditioning. These were not shown/offered to me on site, even after repeated requests.Definitely a decent overnight stay for 100,000 kip. The room was very clean, just a little old. The bed could be softer.The bus station is within walking distance, about 20 minutes. It's a little further than that to the Mekong.Conclusion: Definitely a reasonable overnight stay in Pakxan. The location between the river and the bus station was very convenient. The family at the guesthouse explained to me how to travel from Pakxan to Thakhek.

We had a good night in the guesthouse. The breakfast was great and the price for the overnight stay was more than fair. The property is great including a starfruit tree that you can help yourself to at any time. The room is a bit old, but the hot water, air conditioning and fans work. Definitely a recommendation if you are in town.

Nice place. Rooms are clean albeit a little small. Beds are comfortable, towels are large and soft. Located just a kilometer away from the fun restaurants along the river. Host speaks perfect English and had plenty of tips for travelers. Breakfast with coffee and eggs for a little extra cost but very delicious. Very happy with our decision to stay here.

I was very well received. The room price corresponds very well. I asked him for breakfast, I enjoyed it. This one-night stop recharged my batteries. The grandfather speaks French 😊I highly recommend this place🙏🙏

Super lovely little guest house, the owner is a really kind and friendly lady, really made us feel welcome after a long day traveling, she is also and amazing cook and put extra effort in to make vegetarian food for us. The room was nice and a good price, clean and comfortable. A.C room for 100k. Beautiful garden and relaxing and homely atmosphere. She also speaks great English, which was helpful

This is by far one of the best guesthouses I have stayed in Laos. The price of the room is cheap, the room is very clean, the host is super friendly and speaks fluently English, and the meals are tasty. Strongly recommend staying here if you are planning to make a stop in Paksan

Very well located. You'll be kindly welcomed by the owner which speak well English and she will show you her garden. We also met her parents who speak French. Rooms are ok, big bed, AC (we turned it off during the night because it's noisy) and it was clean. Breakfast is extra but homemade
