Really recommend for development. I stayed in room 450 in the last house in mid-May '24.strength :1. There is parking in front of the room.2. The price is reasonable.3. There are shophouse and separate house styles to choose from according to your budget.4. Located next to the main road Not too far from the city5. TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, warm water, wifi, complete.weakness :1. Room lights in front of the room, no bulbs.2. The air conditioner is new, but it's clogged, not cleaned, hardly any air comes out.3. The mattress is a bit hard.4. TV: I can hardly watch anything.5. The bathroom is quite small, the faucet is leaking.6. Wifi is weak, intermittently disconnected.

The bathroom was small. There is no parking. After parking the car for a while, someone came and knocked on the front door. It was chaotic and not private (a shame about the money).

Price 300, quality worth the priceThe restaurant in front is not yet open, closed since covid.There is a room key provided. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom. There is another dressing room.There is parking in front of the room. But not all rooms We have to share parking.There is 1 bottle of water and 2 glasses in the room.The TV is an old model but can be seen clearly enough, especially Channel 3. The other channels are not turned on.

Cheap price, starting at 300 baht.There is parking but it is narrow and insufficient for the number of rooms.The reason for giving 3 stars is because of the parking management. At first, when I came in, the person who accepted me parked near the office. After about 1 hour, someone asked me to move to park near the room. But it's in front of someone else's room. Asked if it was okay to park in front of his room. The officer said it was okay. After 2 hours, someone came and knocked on the room. Move the car to park in the same place. Said that in front of the room the people staying in that room would park their cars. Since staying at a resort like this, there is a place here that knocks on guests' rooms at 8 p.m. to ask them to move their parking spaces. There is no good management. Wherever you want to park, make it clear from the beginning. Not to move around.If you cut out the issue of parking management that makes you feel extremely upset? Overall it is considered usable. The staff speaks well.
