Everything is described in detail in the previous review). Very good hosts - they will help. The hotel is ascetic and clean. Of course, there are no views from the rooms, but the place is not noisy and was convenient for me. The score was reduced only for the air conditioning unit located directly outside the window, which was reported to the hotel owners)

The monthly room price is too high, the room is small, the water flow is not strong, the air conditioner is not cool, there is no wardrobe. (There is a little place to hang clothes.) The service is not up to standard. Returning the room, the deposit was broken. The bedsheets were torn from the beginning. deducted from the deposit for one piece of cloth 1800

A wonderful, dignified and cozy place where you feel “at home”. Ideal for those who have already traveled, but can’t live without the sea, have spent money and want calm, comfortable conditions for working from home, and saving money (like me😂) without unnecessary deposits and fuss. (The deposit for the card is only, by the way, 500 baht👍)Hospitable, kind and responsible people live and manage here. At first glance, when you meet them, it may seem that the owners are unkind, but this is all about their serious attitude to work and responsibility to their guests. They sincerely worry about the comfort of each guest, they hear everyone and respect them, they will always help, advise, and reciprocate, in any case. Kindness and respect beget kindness and respect, definitely, and this is especially felt here. There are some minor difficulties with English, but here, as it turned out, this is not the most important thing. The main thing is that here you will be heard and understood without it, because THIS is important here ❤️The building is new and bright, there are absolutely no cockroaches. I was looking for them at first and was afraid to see them 🙈, but no! The kitchen is conscientious, clean and well equipped. Everything can be found from dishes to appliances. It's nice to be there and cook food.Everything you need is within walking distance: Smart Bus, markets, pharmacies and massage parlors (but it’s better not to have them 🙈), a clean beach with toilets and showers. Only the best impressions. Clean rooms, good new renovation, very nice hosts, they will help you with any question! If you book separately through them it will be cheaper than booking. 10 minutes by car to Porto and Boat Avenue, if you like to walk, you can go through the lagoon to the beach and back

Nice hotel, great for a couple of nights!!! Pastel is clean and comfortable! Thanks to the hotel management, they also helped us find the bikes! Overall very nice people!)

A nice couple runs a hotel. Modest but hospitable. Linen is clean and cleaning is done once every two days. You can prepare a meal in the common kitchen, and the owners will always treat you to something tasty. I felt like I was visiting my relatives out of town. The only thing is low sound insulation and therefore the wish for future guests to be a little quieter in emotional outbursts and conversations))) I recommend it to those who are looking for an inexpensive, clean place)))
