Braya Villa

I went on a family trip.Advantages1.Fantastic view2.She is the solution *he*3. Quiet and private place4. There is a restaurant nearby that is delicious and has a nice atmosphere.Disadvantages (I personally found it inconvenient)1. Tap water is not clean2. Since it is a natural place, don’t be surprised as you can see many bugs and lizards in the house.3. It is an old building, so it looks like it needs some repairs.4. Limited breakfast menu. Food can be boring if you stay for a long time.5. Promises are not kept wellBreakfast is served 30 minutes later than desired time.but kind

We really enjoyed our four day stay at Braya Villa! Khun Ya is quite helpful (organizing massages in the villa, barbecue and scooter rental). A fresh breakfast was prepared daily according to our wishes. The villa is beautiful and luxurious throughout with the pool table, infinity pool, outdoor showers and breathtaking views. Thank you for the unforgettable time on the unique island of Koh Yao Yai.

Absolutely recommendable house, excellent support from Khun Ya, to whom we would like to thank again. All you had to do was suggest a wish, Ya had already done it.

Truly an incredible modern villa located on a beautiful island. Along with the amazing features of the house, the staff who took care of us exceeded our expectations and provided amazing attention to detail. Next time in Thailand we'll be staying here for longer.

The place is absolutely amazing. Large infinity pool with stunning views, 100% privacy, spacious nicely designed and greately equipped villa, EXCELLENT service and food. It was our most luxury experience ever. 9 days in paradise.

Very beautiful and warm

This superb Villa is located only 15 minutes by car/taxi from the Marina. It takes 30 minutes via. speed boat ride from Phuket to arrive in Koh Yao Yai.Koh Yao Yai is a remarkable Island, it has beautiful beaches & is not overcrowded by tourists like other mainland islands.Braya Villa is one of the best places we have had the pleasure of staying. My Fiance' & I stayed for 3 nights. In our opinion this was not long enough! Braya is such a relaxing Villa, equipped with a vast array of luxuries.There is a billiard table surrounded by large open windows. By day & by night you will enjoy this space! Play a selection of board games whilst sipping on a wine by the pool, order a perfect meal, or even walk down & dine at the best restaurant in Koh Yao Yai, virtually a 2 minute walk from the Villa.Your days will comprise of enjoying an in home massage by Braya's specialized services which comes at an additional but very reasonable cost. Enjoy your sensual experience anywhere you like in the villa, even by the pool!There is a skylight, bi-fold doors & large windows throughout the home, allowing for natural light to flow through the home with ease. The air-conditioning throughout the home is fantastic & very powerful!The bedrooms have large beds which are very very comfortable! Both rooms also come with fantastic views of the beach or the pool.We absolutely loved the showers, there are 3 total in the home. The option of an outdoor/indoor shower is entirely up to you!One of the bedrooms has a remarkable sliding roof so you can enjoy looking out at the stars, or waking up to the sunrise.The Villa is extremely clean & well looked after, the staff are the best staff we have had the pleasure of meeting in Thailand. Nothing was too difficult & they were very humble, friendly, considerate & thankful.If you want to have some fun in the sun without leaving this beautiful villa (which we highly recommend) you can play badminton, bocci or simply throw a ball around in the large infinity pool which also comprises a jet spa!Each morning we were made breakfast, it was the perfect meal to start our day & very delicious!We recommend a bare minimum of 4 nights stay at Braya, however we feel 5-7 nights is the perfect amount of time to thoroughly enjoy not only Braya Villa but this beautiful Island & surrounding islands within close proximity (Koh Yao Noi).Thank you again for hosting us Braya Villa & Team, we look forward to staying with you again!
