Reserved 7 rooms through Agoda and cut the card according to the requirements 4 days before arrival, but on the day of check in (30 Dec. 2019) there was no receptionist, only a housekeeper. The room was full, unable to contact the staff. We had to find a new place to stay. It was very difficult, coming a long way, with 2 vans.Agoda staff only apologized and offered cash back to use on next booking. But this time I have to help myself. Therefore had to change plans, sleep for one night (got a fan room) and go back to sleep in Chiang Mai instead. I lost my feelings and lost my travel plans as well.

I'm not sure if I went to the wrong time or something. But the service is very bad. There is no preparation at all. The room reserved is not enough. After entering, the room was dirty, the lights weren't bright, the bedsheets had stains. Not clean including the pillows. The water was not clean, brown, murky, and the bathroom was dirty. The building was dusty, had leaves, looked messy, and the Wi-Fi was slow. Sometimes it wouldn't connect. In the refrigerator I found hair and dust. I only saw a glimpse of the cleaning system, but what I saw was a young child carrying washed sheets and putting them away. The cloth fell on an area with a lot of dust. Then the child picked it up and continued. The water he was carrying dropped and fell on the floor, so much so that he didn't dare drink it. Must buy water from 7-Eleven Go take a shower and wash your face. The entrance has an unclear sign. Until it's far past the entrance. The sign in front of the accommodation is not clear. Overall, it's a bad feeling. Far from Pai city And there was nothing convenient around. Not suitable for people who do not have a personal car.

The hotel has space to set up tents. Next to the river, it has a natural atmosphere. But there are a small number of bathrooms. and not very intimate It is under the walkway into the hotel. Where each wooden walkway has gaps.
