2 minute walk from Pai Walking Street. Sometimes you can hear the jazz bar late at night. Nice lush plants around the property. Somehow the Airbnb listing says shared bathroom when all rooms in fact have their own. We booked 2 rooms and one was $40 more than the other and was exactly the same, so not sure what's going on there. There are cheaper places around for sure however. Rooms smelled of mildew and the concrete around the property was very slippery and black with mold. "Sharing Fridge" available and free bananas and coffee in the morning.

The best thing about this was the location. Pai is lovely and the bungalows are in a really nice setting with bamboo and plants growing right outside the bungalow. What took away from the experience was the tiredness of the bungalow itself. It was dark with no natural light coming inand not lot of amenities to enjoy in the room. Basically get out of your room and enjoy Pai. Ok as a place to sleep but wouldn't really recommend. Staff were OK when we asked for something but the general customer experience was one of cordial indifference rather than making it a special experience just for us.

Favourite place we've stayed at in Northern Thaïland by far!! Peaceful atmosphere, kind and helpful owner who offers free water, coffee and bananas!! Beautiful bungalows surrounded by plants, centrally located. Truly great place, would come again :)

The owner is rude and made me feel very an comfortable. Stood really close to me and tried to make me drink with him.

The owner is rude and not polite. He disturbed several women during our stay.
The staff didn’t change our sheets and they shut our electricity down and yelled at us because we left the ac on during the day.

bad place The owner of the place harasses women and is an unpleasant person. Turned off the electricity in our room because we left the air conditioner on when we left the room. When we asked him to turn it back on, he started yelling and fighting with us. be away

TV, refrigerator, and coffee pot are not provided in the room. Recommended if you can get over the old and slight smell.

A girl stayed in this hotel and the owner was very rude on the first day she checked in. The house is near a night market but near a bar, so the music in the middle of the night is very loud and affects sleep. There is a roadside between the rooms during the day, so it can be very noisy. Booked for two days and got bottled water on the first day. But there was no provision the next day, only bottled water in the lobby. But other houses in the same price range do not have free bananas. But in the same price range, banana coffee, water and paper towels are provided. Unfortunately the owner is a person with no sense of boundaries so it comes across as rude. I stayed in Pai on and off for a month and tried many hotels. This hotel was the only place where I was very unhappy. Therefore not recommended.

Very nice hotel. Close to all the parties but not to close, you'll hear music till 12. Owner is extremely friendly, free water and coffee and bananas. If your looking for a chill place to simply sleep and start up, this is perfect!

Small corner of “jungle” in the middle of the city.Pleasant and cozy guesthouse where you will feel good I am sure.If you are looking for luxury and 10/10 comfort you are going to the wrong place.If, on the other hand, you are open to discussion, a room with more than what you need, and a little corner of tranquility is what you are looking for, bars of laughter thanks to the manager's jokes, rooms with air conditioning , shower and clean bed and the garden will delight you.+15 points for premium chat

The room was nice - comfortable bed, clean, AC, everything was nice except the smell of mold. I didn’t stay here longer because sleeping in a moldy room is very bad for your health. I will say the service is not the best. I did not feel welcomed here nor was I treated with respect. Location is amazing. A few minutes from the walking street. Though, because of that is is quoite loud from the bars in the night but eventually it becomes quiet. My experience here was ok, but not enjoyable.
