Positive :Host were nice.The garden is cute.Adorable puppyNegative :We paid the room 600bth I think it is overpriced due to the room. First it's 10km away from Pai, it was a choice. We thought it would have been quiet however its just near the main highway, so it's not.Bed are hard and bad thermal insulation and it's very cold during night time in winter (11°C)

Homestay accommodation Eat in a natural atmosphere like an organic vegetable garden. Don't focus on amenities. But the night air is definitely cold. During the winter, it's about 13-15 degrees. Cover yourself with a blanket and sleep comfortably. Outside you can run and play in the garden. Watch the growing of organic vegetables. The owner is hospitable, friendly, overall clean and can stay in a homestay style.

The owner had no key for the bungalow so we got locked out, and she made us crawl under the bungalow in a hole to the bathroom to retrieve our bags. She could not get the door open with a butter knife so we had to stay elsewhere, and she refused ro refund us. It is very far out of Pai and expensive to get to. It is awful.

The location is about 10 kilometers from the city. The house is suitable for the price, but during festivals the price will increase if you book through the app. The price will be cheaper. Inside the house you can sleep.

Amazing fresh fruit on arrival, the papaya is so so so good, the owner is very lovely and the bungalows are simple but so peaceful and quiet. Amazing place for a stop on the way to Wat Tam Wa and beautiful garden too !!

Loved this place! We stayed for 4 days and the owner let us pick fresh papayas from her garden every day. She has free coffee and water refills all day and is always very friendly and helpfull. Bungalows are basic, but clean and comfortable. Located close enough to pai to drive in a couple of minutes, but far enough so that it's nice and quiet.

Lovely place. 4 stars because the noise from the road kept us from sleeping. Probably only an issue for light sleepers. The owner is very kind and her papaya is excellent.

This place is simple but clean. About 7 minutes north of Pai, the single owner is a gracious host who has developed the property single handed over the past two years. She has planted all kinds of fruit trees on her property and is glad to share them with her guests depending on what is ripe. She makes a great avocado smoothie! This is not a place to party. This is not a place to go fancy. This is a place to escape from the hostel scene and have peace of mind surrounded by nature.I look forward to my next visit.

This is a really great place if your looking for a quite time in an amazing hut a bit out of pai.It’s around 10min from the centre on a bike, so if you have one I would recommend staying here.It’s a local little family that runs the place, they don’t speak much English but they help where they can.The facilities are quite okay, they are a bit old but it’s cosy.Our hut was clean and nice, nothing to complain about, great place, for couples.

Great ! we stayed 2 nights but would have liked to stay more. Small bamboo bungalow in the middle of a garden full of fruit trees and adorable dogs. The owners take great care with whom we share the kitchen and food from the garden. It feels like home. A true haven of peace!
