Nice place within walking distance of bars and night clubs in the area. It is a bit hard to find the place since there is no reception area.

insects and lizards in abundance in the rooms and far from how it looked in the pictures, the pool had a chair in it and the water vsr completely yellow, located in a strange area with a car wash that made a long noise in the evenings and mornings, very unhappy!

If anyone is looking to stay in Phuket stay far away from this place! I had stayed here for a month and had paid for my months rent only to be told the owner had not received it. This is after I had been told to send the money to 3 different bank accounts of his! The reason as to why I write this review was because he confirmed that these were his bank details. I sent him a deposit which he had received no issue however when I sent him a larger sum of money it suddenly disappeared. As a result of this it ruined my vacation since every single day I was harassed and hounded constantly by the owner. In addition to this, in the room I stayed in the tap didn’t work, the room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned until I had to move out ( 3+ weeks!)

It's a good resort to stay with family. Rooms are spacious. Nearest beach is Surin beach. The caretake Moo she is very good and decent. But those who like to stay near Patong beach(for party) then stay away from this resort as it is around 17km from patong. Soo many restaurants are there nearby. Bt I gave 4 star because they need to do something for mosquitoes as I had travelled with my baby so mosquitoes bothered us a lot. Otherwise it's a very good stay for us.
