Beware of scam hotel!! The room you buy is different from the room they will give you. They are deceiving!! On the night of 30 December - 31 December, we purchased the Queen Room - Balcony room from the Saılom Resort hotel via the Agoda application for 2970 Baht. We chose the room features because it had a mountain view and a balcony, and the interior and furniture of the room were new. We arrived at the hotel at 20:00 on December 30, 2023. Two female and one male staff checked in, showed us our room and left. When we examined the room after the staff left, we realized that it was not the room we rented and went out to tell the hotel staff. Meanwhile, we noticed that the room door was not locked and was broken. So if we wanted to go out, our door had to remain open. There was no attendant at the hotel, they were gone. There was only the security guard and we told him the situation. The security guard told the situation to other officers by phone. The officers who registered us at 20:00 came to the hotel around 22:00. We told them that we wanted the room we bought and that this room was old. They told us that they could not give us the room with a queen balcony that we purchased and that they could not refund the money. The room they gave us is not a room sold on Agoda, we would not have bought this room if we had seen it before. They forced us to stay here. The lock of the room was not working, it had no view, the furniture was very old and dusty. We tried to resolve the issue with the officers for about an hour and a half. They offered us 400 baht and wanted to close the issue. But we only wanted the room we rented. This hotel literally scammed us. Their employees are malicious people. They trick you by giving you a different room and do not solve this problem.
