At the entrance the hostess was not so nice...We asked her if there was hot water in the shower, she answered yes, after we paid for 3 nights ahead we checked the shower and the water was not hot, her husband came to check and also said that the water is not hot and that it is because the electricity in our room is weak and that's how it is.The hostess arrived 2 minutes later and started yelling at me and my friend that her water was hot and threatened us that she would kick us out of the room without refunding the payment because we "annoyed her" after a very long conversation that the hostess just yelled even though we really didn't yell, we stayed there overnight because she didn't agree Give us back the money for the night and we ran away as early as possible in the morning, a terrible experience.

This is such a cute place! It looks like the houses are from a fairy tale. The rooms are large, property was clean, breakfast was good and staff was helpful. Location is a bit outside the city centre, so perfect if you’re looking for a more quiet place.

Rooms are ok, little bit expensive.Service is terrible!First, I forgot the key inside and left the lights up, they went inside my room, took the key and locked my room!Later that day, the electricity went out in the middle of the shower because it cannot handle two showers simultaneously in two separate room.Morning after, they woke us up twice (!) because they wanted to fix the shower.Besides, they do everything in a very unpleasant way. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Lovely spot in Pai. Although it was quiet, I think because the low season has started. Very sweet and committed people. Don't like insects and reptiles? Then this is not a place for you, because it really is back to basics. But everything you need is there.

we were in the female dorm room at it was so cute! I really don’t understand the bad reviews the owners were so incredibly nice to us. The resort itself feels like a park and it’s so nice and relaxing.

Wonderful private bungalows. Well made, lots of space, great bed and blanket. Nice bathroom. Close to downtown but feels tucked into nature. Loved it.

I have traveled a lot over the years, which is an understatement, and this place is literally the worst place I have ever stayed!!!! If I could give it a negative 5 star review, I would. I spent a lot of time picking this place out, read a lot of reviews, and was excited to stay in what seemed like a nice place, away from the noise of town. The small room was basic, but okay, but the owner is certifiably crazy!!! It's cool in Pai at night, so I asked to borrow another blanket. She didn't smile and looked kind of angry, but I brushed it off and went to my cabin after thanking her. The shower water was cold, so I went and asked how to get hot water. Oh my goodness! She went crazy, started yelling at me, and told me to leave!!!! What???? I asked her what was wrong, and she continued to yell at me! Actual yelling. She literally typed into Google Translate, 'go see a psychiatrist'!!! All for asking how to make the shower water hot! I am speechless as I have never been treated like this before. Please don't support someone who treats kind people this way, and if she is able to write a response to this review, ignore her. Her behavior was completely uncalled for and ridiculously unprofessional. If you don't believe me, look at the other one star reviews in Google and you will see that this behavior is apparently common here. Unfortunately, I didn't see them before booking.

A lovely, quiet and green place, 3 minutes drive from the walking street. A rustic and pleasant atmosphere, beautiful and luxurious wooden rooms. The owners of the place are a lovely and kind couple and the service is great. We stayed here for two whole weeks and would love to come back here on our next visit to Thailand! highly recommend!

Relaxed resort run by a very friendly local family.Quiet and beautifully green location, less than 5 minutes from the main street.Breakfast of your choice every day.The room has everything you need.I would book again straight away.

Worst experience I ever had! and that was our first night here in Pai.We booked 2 beds in the female dorms,But the owner provided us 1 queen bed instead. When we started to show the owners our booking information (as 2 beds were mentioned), they started to yell as us and eventually to imitate us!They were so rude and toxic, and the worst part was that they asked us if its okay to call the police in order to 'translate' the conversation, we asked them not to call them and few mins later we saw the police man waiting for us outside (he couldn't really speak English and make this interaction just worst).I suggest you to stay as far as possible from this toxic family and place.

i think is a graet place, i like how quite it gets:) the bungalows are big and comfortable!just 2 things that has to change......1. the smell of moldy in the rooms....really is not comfortable or unnoticeable...2.the very old and full of mark toilet seat...is basic!!!!! basic respect for yourself and for the guests.🌟✨️

Beautiful place, well taken care of.I've eaten breakfast every day and it's huge and very satisfying. People are friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, there is always toilet paper, and the nearest restaurant across the road is amazing. Close to walk to the walking street and laundry.

Terrible place.
When we first entered the room, it was so filthy and rife with bugs. The owner's attitude when we initially arrived was the worst; they even yelled at us and threatened to drive us away.

The nature and infrastructure of the place seem like a fairy tale. For the same reason I wanted to reserve there for at least three days. But once I met the owner, it turned into a nightmare. He doesn't greet, he doesn't respond to answers. I asked him for an extra blanket for the bed, which are mat-type mattresses, but hard, and he not only told me that he couldn't give me one, but that I should go somewhere else and that he would refund my money. He treated me very badly. It left me crying. Never in a country, especially in Thailand, have I received such treatment from a host. I don't recommend the place.

The Pai Flora resort is surrounded by greenery, not far from the town center. There are many raised villas independent of each other, with outdoor patios. The staff is exceptional!! Very helpful.

I stayed at dorm room and I didn’t like anything about it, the toilet was far away from the room and it was dirty, it didn’t feel fine to sit on the toilet, I didn’t even use the shower because it was dirty and full of insects and ants.The mattress was hard and thin and blanket didn’t smell clean, and when i wanted to put the blanket on me, a dried cockroach was on it.They asked for a 100 deposit money for the key,And didn’t give it back to me, because i was checking out only 1 hour late, they acted rude and they were truly disrespectful, they kept shouting at me. Their kid throw a pill of banana to me, i don’t recommend it for a solo female traveler. It is not safe and the owners of this resort are weird, they threatened me to call the police, but actually i was the one who should call the police.So i called the tourist police and tourism authority and made a complaint for them.Cause it is not a safe place really.
