Good accommodation, suitable for the price, quiet and has plenty of parking. I come to stay here all the time.But sometimes I encounter problems, namely the TV can't be viewed, there is no signal or the closet has broken electricity. I would like to deduct 1 star.

I would like to deduct a star from the room. The room was not clean at all. There was dust on the bed sheets. There is dust on the head of the bed as shown in the picture. On the balcony and window sill there is a lot of lizard excrement. (The housekeeper should be more attentive.) In the bathroom, there was mold and dirt, very dirty, and the glass partition in the bathroom looked like it had never been wiped. Stayed this time throughout the outside area. All staff members welcomed me well. I was impressed. But the room is not okay at all.

Booked directly with the hotel and got it at a price of 400.Suitable for sleepingThe room is quite dusty. Not suitable for people allergic to dust. The housekeeper only cleans some areas.The bathroom has mold stains on the walls, floor, and edges. The water flows gently if there are a lot of people using it.The bed is very hard.Advantages: cheap price, cool air conditioning, near a long swimming pool, great nightlife, lots of parking.Staff are willing to provide service. Not a lot of stuff, answers questions quickly.

Perfectly located close to the Main Street of Phetchabun with restaurants, bars and such. The hotel is a good and nice hotel with very clean rooms but do expect the rooms to look a bit used. A new paintjob would make a huge difference but for me it’s really not that important as long as the rooms were as clean as they were. The staff is very sweet and smiling all the time and in the reception you can buy a few drinks or snacks to bring to the room. Closest 7/11 is a 12 min walk from hotel so it’s a good service they have a few options In the reception. Air con works perfectly in rooms. Would come back any day

The room price is 400, not expensive at all, plus it's clean. The mattress is comfortable. When you wake up, you don't have a backache. There's hot water, a TV, and a refrigerator. There is water in the refrigerator. Ample parking. Easy to enter following the map. In front of the building there is a place to sit and chill. You can order drinking water, order mama, order beer to eat in front of the building, they are available for sale. It's comfortable.Overall very good, give 5 stars.

(Personal opinion) 3rd floor, the corridor has quite a lot of dust. The room reserved smelled of cigarettes. Inform the staff to change to the 1st floor for better cleanliness. The air conditioner has a very strong smell of cigarettes. Renovated room condition Should improve cleanliness.

Everything others write in the reviews is correct....unfortunately very neglected when it comes to the condition of the rooms.....Aircon smells suspiciously unclean, curtains are eaten by moths, the mattress is so soft that you sink into it, the closet doors need to be adjusted and the lighting in them doesn't work, the cleanliness of the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, and there are also mold stains here the tile joints, the person who installed the glass shower enclosure should urgently change careers!The furniture is very shabby...the balcony is sufficient for smokers.All in all...2 stars are also enough for 500 a night.
