Underrated hotel. Location is ideal, very close to beach and services yet not on a busy street so you will not be disturbed by traffic. Rooms are very clean and modern with well-functioning shower, a large refrigerator, coffee pot, good lighting, good temperature control (mini-split heat pumps with remote), comfortable beds, etc. Prices are very competitive.

//Lots of improvements needed//The nice- Walkable distance to Surin Beach- No carpark but the beach has free public car park- Cute room designThe bad- Unprofessional staff and owner (lady). Informed on booking that I’m pregnant and with my senior mother and I heard the lady Chinese owner complaining and mocking us to her staff why we needed assistance when they were already informed and they don’t have an elevator. Hospitality training needed. Why open a hotel if you can’t handle requests. Eventually they did when I explained why.- Disgusting musky humid odor of the pillow cases and bed sheets.- The shower curtain is short so water wets the bathroom floor a lot. Careful for spills! We almost slipped!- Housekeeping lady staff cleaned a spill in our room and then wipes her hand on our shower towel.- You pay extra for a room on the second floor with a terrible view and same room size (300sqm+) while the top floor is with a nice sea view. Lol- When we arrived the staff just looked and didn’t help at all when I struggled carrying the luggage - they know I’m pregnant and with a senior.Bad reviews make you improve ey? :)

Value for money absolutely ok, 3 minutes walk to the beach. The room was always nicely cleaned. Nice service. The advantage is that you can use water equipment, umbrellas, etc. for free. The only reservations may be the noisy operation of the air conditioning, someone who is a light sleeper will not sleep well

We stayed for 5 days, clean room, hot water and air conditioning working perfectly, very friendly staff, very close to the sea and with many restaurants nearby and also inside the hotel, they also supply beach towels, the only thing in the room is not there a clothesline that would look great on the terrace! My husband cut his hair in the barbershop next door... I recommend both these facilities... Everyone is very very kind and professional.

The hotel is generally not bad, but there is nothing in it that you need to overpay for.And for some reason the price is several times more than hotels on other Phuket beaches.The advantage of the hotel is the close beach with a cafe.That's all.The infrastructure on other beaches is better.A lot of garbage on the way to the beach and a restaurant in the hotel itself (we ate deliciously once).Lack of any entertainment (except supa)More suitable for retirees.Too calm, peaceful.The hotel has a very low washbasin, designed for a child.In the photos of the hotel everything looks cheerful.We were placed in a room that is not shown in the photographs, which was much worse.One of the hoteliers feels like it was yesterday when he came to work on his first day.He looked at us in surprise at the workplace, as if he had been transported from another planet, which did not help with settling in.

The beach is 200 m away, but the mirelit pizza had imitation crap instead of crab. "Spaghetti Bolognese" came with hot dogs without cheese. It is difficult for them to understand the English language, we asked for chicken when ordering, we got fish....the kitchen is terrible

We arrived and were put in room 408 on the top (4th) floor. The room stank of cigarette smoke, we immediately requested to be moved to a non smoking room, and were told we could be moved in 2 days. There is no elevator in the hotel so we had to carry all our luggage up 4 floors. During the night there was a loud knocking noise which kept us awake all night. After further investigation the noise was found to be the hotel water system pressure pump in a room on the roof which continued making the loud noise thoughout our 14 days stay. There is actually a part of the ceiling missing where waterpipe work appears to be ongoing. We were moved into room 209 on the 2nd floor which was quieter and a non smoking room. We enjoyed our stay after being moved into room 209 however other rooms towards the end of the corridor were closer to the kitchen which appeared to have an industrial extractor fan operating from morning to night.

We have contacted to reserve a room online. The date and time have been finalized. When I went in to pay The hotel owner refused to let us stay on the night of December 30-1 because he wanted to sell the room. that have a longer length of stay than this We understand from a business perspective, but from our perspective as customers, we cannot accept this because we have already received confirmation that we have received a reservation from the hotel, causing us to plan our travel and cancel another hotel that we booked. You can only answer us and apologize. But there was no correction. We do not recommend this place

Across from Surin Beach, the beach with vendors and lifeguards. Very friendly staff. Front desk staffed all night, secure for solo travel. Very helpful staff. CLEAN! Comfortable beds. Located near cheap foods as well as fancier restaurants. Taxis nearby, but far enough away for Bolts and Grabs to be able to pick you up. Playroom for little kids. Far from the mosques, so it's quiet all day. Near Muay Thai gyms 💪

Great place for the price and great location. Booked a studio room and was nervous there wouldn’t be any natural light based on other reviews - but there’s a door and a small side window that allow plenty of natural light during the day and nice curtains for night and sleeping. The room is clean and size was comfortable. It feels like the bed is tucked into a cave/alcove - never seen a room like that before, can feel a little narrow but it’s also kinda a fun novelty. Bed was comfortable, pillows were very firm.The fridge is stocked if you want to purchase Coca Cola, Chang, or water. Two water bottles are brought to the room each day. Kettle and cups, but didn’t see any coffee or tea in room. Plenty of closet space, hangers, and a laundry bin.Water pressure was fine and hot water was reliable. Staff is very kind. And it’s just across the street from Surin beach, great location.

The hotel is not worth the money. One plus is the good location next to the sea (3 minutes walk). All necessary shops are within walking distance. That's all . The price is clearly twice as high. If such conditions offered dollars for 40 maximum, I would understand it. But we rented for 80 dollars a day and got a tiny room with a crack instead of a window. The photos posted are incorrect. There is a window in the photo, but in fact it doesn’t exist! And the number in reality is smaller than in the photo. The hotel has no elevator, so be prepared to lug your bags up the stairs. The women helped us lift our bags up, but they dragged us back themselves because it was inconvenient to load the women. In the shower, the head is attached to the wall and sprays in all directions. Instead of a floor in the shower there is concrete. There was nowhere to dry clothes - as I already wrote, there wasn’t even a full-fledged window, not to mention a balcony with a dryer. In general, the room does not correspond to the price at all.
