Good accommodation, beautiful view (it's the last house). There is a balcony with a table in front, cool air conditioning, good water flow. There is coffee and Patongko for breakfast. The accommodation has a hot water kettle provided. The owner is kind and the service is very good.

The price is very cheap, the weather is good, everything is good. If you like dogs, this is your paradise. The word smart in your definition doesn't apply to the dogs here. The little ones add a lot more than the word smart. I would like to criticize 1 thing about the towels being very old. Ok they are clean but the condition is too old. I recommend taking them yourself.

Uncles and aunts, the owners of the resort, provide very good service. They saw me like a descendant who came to pick me up and drop me off. I was carrying a backpack and traveling alone.

The room is clean, a good size, price 500/night, complete with air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, warm water, most importantly, the uncle who takes care of it, very good service, view of the steel tub, good weather, convenient parking, entrance, you have to look slowly. It's a little small, but according to GPS, it's accurate. The entrance road is a bit narrow.

Accommodation has many prices. From 500-1,300, I stayed in a 500 room with 2 rooms, complete with air conditioner, refrigerator, television, table, water heater, and towels.The owner's uncle is very kind. Service with heart View of the steel tub, seeing Khao Chin and Very beautiful. Definitely have to go again.

Went on 28/8/2023 Room: Price 500 in the back and 900 with waterfront view. If you're not a luxury person The room is considered better than the price. There is a good-natured dog waiting to welcome you.Service: The owner's uncle is kind, meets, pays, gives the key, and it's done. He doesn't bother you in any way. (Gives good privacy) But there is something that can be called.Location: Considered good, next to the water, beautiful mountain view, near the entrance to Chom Phu Sap Lek.

Cheap, good value. The owners, the grandparents are very friendly and cute. Accommodation near the entrance to the Phu Sap Lek view point. We went up to watch the sun go down and asked the elder who looked after the mountain to recommend a good, cheap place to stay. He recommends this place. Rooms starting at 500 baht have a clear view of Mount China. In the morning, there are yellow warblers to see as well. They nest nearby. Very enjoyable. Oh, the weather is also good. On the day of our stay in Thailand, there was a monster heat. But this place isn't hot at all.

It is a peaceful resort. There are large houses with front and back balconies, a kitchen that feels like home, and rooms with prices being a bit cheaper and good service. On the day of the stay, breakfast was provided, very good. It is only 500 meters from the entrance to the Phu Sap Lek view point.

Dear all,We strongly recommend this GH Baan Per Resort for the kindness of the owners and the breeze of fresh air from the neighborhood lake.They were extremely helpful with us while we were stuck on a cliff nearby.The couple (owners) speak English and are eager to tell you more about the region and local communities !
