The rooms are in the back. There is a car park inside, clean, quiet, good atmosphere, not expensive, the auntie is kind and friendly.

Big disappointment! Listening to Google reviews is sometimes wrong. If I had looked at the satellite map before booking the room, I would have understood the serious problem with this place. I made a mistake, I booked, they asked me for a deposit of 300 baht, I arrived on site and discovered that all along the border of the resort there is a company that produces ice, which makes constant background noise 24 hours a day. At 1AM I woke up because loud bangs were coming from the factory. At first I didn't want to stay there, but they told me that they wouldn't give me my deposit back, even though there were many unrented rooms. They sent me to see the rooms at the owner's mother's resort. That woman was very rude to us, so we went back to the first resort. The room at Panngenpanthong Inn Resort 2 is very basic and the bathroom is sad and shabby, but above all it smelled of sewage all night. The WC was cracked and fixed in a bad way, the e sink was semi-clogged. They rent that room for 600 baht, but it worth 400 baht maximum. I have been sleeping in 500/600 baht rooms around Thailand for 3 months and I guarantee that they are much better and quieter than these ones here. Overall, a terrible experience. I don't understand how people could write good reviews. I absolutely don't agree with them and obviously don't recommend anyone to go to this place. After what I wrote, I foresee an angry response from the owner, but I don't care, I have to say what I saw and heard, my truth.
