Just came to stay for 3 days, nothing good, no cleaning, no water coming up, no coming to change the sheets and towels to check on yourself, grandchild went to ask if there was soap or not. In there, it said that if I bought it myself, I would have to pay money, not stay for free. I arrived at the end of the month.

The service staff seemed unwilling at all. Let them turn on the TV and look like we asked them to stay for free.The room is nice and clean.

Basic, simple and cheap! Offered spotlessly clean and newish, the value of this mid-rise conveniently located hotel impressed me very much. Clean tile flooring. A nice compact bathroom, with a hot shower, and get this, a granite countertop! (take note other hoteliers, we need a bathroom counter, and granite provides a sense of luxury!) quiet efficient a/c, a clean firm bed, soft pillows, and yes, a private balcony. I missed a refrigerator, but its absence was made clear to me when we booked. I appreciate the honesty. Congratulations, Riverside! If only all budget hotels were like this. I will definitely stay here again!

Room 503Clean room, fragrant bedding clean towels There were a few black ants crawling along the tiles.But I would like to suggest that the accommodation staff can change the air conditioner and curtains. This room should receive a lot of sunlight. When entering the room, a lot of heat accumulates (checking in at midnight). The air conditioner seems to be too small for the size of the room. It doesn't cool evenly at all. (The bed was moved to the middle of the room so it would be exposed to the air conditioner.) The air compressor doesn't cut off at all. The coolness in the room still hasn't arrived. This kind of thing consumes electricity. If you can change It will be good for both customers. It will help you save on electricity costs as well. As for the curtains, they don't completely cover the door. They are thin and allow light to enter very easily, making it difficult to sleep well.Most people who come to use the service daily ask for only cleanliness, cool air conditioning, and a good night's sleep. That's enough. Try it. I'll use the service again in the future.

The towels are terrible, dirty, so dirty that I don't even want to describe them. It makes me feel bad. I wipe them and look at them again. It's good to meet next to you, not touching your face or body. Inform the person watching the counter and hope the housekeeper doesn't improve it.

Advantages: lots of parking, there is an elevator.Disadvantages: The back door of the room cannot be locked. The curtains float. The room door lets in light. The TV cannot be viewed. The room is not soundproof. I wanted to relax and sleep for a long time, but there was a sound of the other room's door slamming so hard that I was shocked. The pillow was very flat.
