The air conditioner was broken, hot all night. I informed the admin and they didn't answer the phone, didn't reply, didn't answer the phone, made 6 calls. As for the reception staff, they didn't apologize at all. Scold the customer for the mistake. And then he came back and asked, The air conditioner is broken, what should I do? Can't solve the immediate problem. Very bad. Very bad.

The room is very good, service is good, check-in has soft drinks in the room, good atmosphere. You can lie down and watch the mist all day. The view is very good both during the day and at night. There is a golf cart service to travel down to Sapan Village. Recommended to stay 2 nights.

Stayed on 25-26/07/67, Rabiang Lom room. I was impressed from the moment we arrived. The staff at the reception waited to welcome us with a bright smile. When entering the room, wow, very beautifully decorated, usable space in the room. Arranged perfectly View from the balcony You can see the green rice fields, very refreshing. The home style dinner is delicious. There are many things to eat. It's very enjoyable to eat. I really like it. The accommodation is in a good location. Less than 50 meters from Stop Time Cafe, there are golf carts available. For customers who want Travel close to the village. If you want a comfortable place to stay, not difficult, sleep comfortably, safe, clean bathroom, private, I really recommend Baan Sapan Terrace. View is breathtaking. Dinner tastes homey. Pool was a little smaller than expected but all in all a good experience. One thing that annoyed me was the coating on the floor, it kept on coming off and sticking to my feet.

This is a very nice resort. Very friendly service.Very nice rooms. Clean.Shower with warm water. Shower and toilet very clean and nice.Room with small swimming pool very nice view over the mountains.Breakfast very good and brought into the room.Good food and fresh drinks.Free bottle red wine and lots of snacks and coffee free.Thank you for hosting us.
