the room not clean, have used soap and shower gel in the shower room, toilet was broken, toilet paper wet and dirty, pool can not use, front door was locked when arrived

Poor room cleaning In the bathroom and in the refrigerator There were used items from previous customers. Found stinging insects and millipedes. The room had a strong musty smell. The conditions surrounding the hotel were not clean. The bathroom has mold.

My friend and I booked a room at this place on one of the hotel apps. When we got there we couldn't get in and there was no one there to let us in. We tried calling but no one answered, so we had to go through the booking app and get a refund which took awhile then said we would receive a refund within 3 days.

Room was unclean paid in advance no refund had to put up with room 11 pool view everything dilapidated mould smells bad unhealthy I was so glad to get out staff have a pet grooming service onsite and seem to spend all their time grooming animals and not servicing hotel guests I was very disappointed and will never stay there again restaurant non existent car parking not on this property the lobby is the picture with bags everywhere mould on bathroom tiles Yuk animals are well taken care of hotel guests not

Great hotel, but no lift, we asked the owner and got a huge room downstairs with a balcony connected to the swimming pool. Great located, with a massage place, restaurant, 7/11 and hairdressers next door! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We took Grab taxi to get around the city.

I think 3 stars for this place is okay... the bed sheets smelt really bad i dont know why... it was washdd but it was kinda smelly and i didnt like it... but the whole building had that smellI think it was clean but i didnt like the floor. It felt weird on my feet 😄 dont know how to explain

There was no one at the reception when we arrived, the person who eventually helped us was friendly but could not speak English, there were cobwebs in the room, the entrance hall was full of bags of stuff, we were awake all night by a barking dog, the pool was full of leaves so we couldn't swim in it.

I felt very unimpressed, dirty, there were red ants, the refrigerator was dirty, there was only dust inside, and there were water bottles that other customers drank and didn't put away. There were no foot towels provided. The toilet paper in the bathroom didn't have any elegant pictures. We thought it was as beautiful as in the picture and had already transferred the money. If we didn't come in that night and stay late, we would take the child to sleep somewhere else. It would be a great feeling. I would like to tell everyone not to believe the pictures posted. 13/3/65 Don't they call this a three-star hotel? One star is enough.

Great little hotel. I stayed in the pool access room for under 1000b a night. Proper TV with full cable which is a amazing. Decent bed. Decent air con. Not particularly warm shower. Spacious room n bathroom. Good balcony. Lovely pool. Lovely staff.

This is the best guest house in kanchanaburi. Straight fro. Your room into the pool. Rooms are unbelievable big and clean. You can dance the tango in the bathroom. At night you get you pizza and ribs. Highly recommended.

The room is good, wide, the bathroom is wide and has a view of the pool in the room. But parking is a bit difficult, but if you don't have a car, it's quite good because there are a lot of places to eat around and close to many tourist attractions.
