Top hotel with swimming pool and very friendly staff.

My sincere review from the heart for this place.If someone chooses it as an apart-hotel for a long term (like us, almost a month), then I highly recommend it. It’s cheaper to book directly through their website rather than booking. The difference was about $200 in our favor.A quiet small hotel with approximately 18 rooms, with a wonderful view of the mountains, without crowds of Tagil tourists, where all guests by default behave quietly and modestly, without music, shouting and spontaneous discos.The owner of the hotel (Khan) himself stands behind the reception desk EVERY day and monitors the cleanliness and order.Daily cleaning awaits you (ideal, especially if you motivate with twenty baht, it will be like five stars, and the guys will be just happy, because they are not spoiled, and the atmosphere is just family)Fresh bottled water is also available daily.Breakfast on request, the reception works as a cafe, there are simple but tasty dishes, juices, smoothies. Delivery also works great in this location, order, everything will arrive, you can sit on the sofa right on the premises, watch TV shows in the evening and enjoy.Another advantage we use is shared kitchen. There are all the equipment and utensils, you can cook yourself breakfast or dinner (we buy groceries at Villa Market). The guys who work here are so nice that they don’t even let me wash the dishes after themselves, only you were happy, cuties, and that’s all!Ideal for those who drive a bike. But for those who do not like or are not confident in their abilities on Thai roads, in one minute they will organize a trip by bike or minibus to the desired point within the Bang Tao area.They will accompany you while you are shopping, changing money, etc. If it takes too long, you can always negotiate and they will take you back! I’ve never seen anything like this anywhere, everything is free, but we still give some minimal symbolic amount to the guys for their efforts.Of the minuses: there is not enough curtain in the shower, we will attribute this to the open-space design in Thai.The rest is cleanliness, order and an instant solution to any questions. Overall, this place is highly recommended.

Wonderful, very sincere and pleasant condominium. Very clean rooms, everything you need is there. I would like to say a special word about the staff: each employee is extremely polite, always ready to meet halfway and help even in situations that are not directly related to your stay at the hotel. For example, during our stay we fell on a scooter (which we did not rent through the hotel) and broke the brake handle. Khan (manager) helped organize a replacement, helped negotiate the price and resolve all related issues.But keep in mind, despite our wonderful experience at the hotel, do not expect that it will be something from the luxury segment. Everything here is very good and of high quality, even home-style, but no supernatural delights. If you are looking for a hotel for a couple of weeks or a month for living and a relaxing holiday, Hill Myna Holiday Park & ​​Cafe is an excellent choice.And lastly: transport. The hotel has a certain area (quite reasonable) to which hotel employees can take you for free. You will have to pay for the additional distance. If anything happens, the staff will always help organize a transfer and order a taxi. Have a nice holiday!

It is a beautiful and calm place to stay while you're in phuket surrounded by a bunch of beaches like bangtao Beach, surin beach, maya beach, laguna Beach, and on top of this serving Halal food,

This place is great! Our stay here was really enjoyable, the people are super nice and the coffee is great. Little pool perfect for morning swim or a night swim after the beach. Rooms super clean, best value for money. Highly recommend it!

Thanks to the hotel staff for ruining our honeymoon. Worst experience. If we had known that we would have to pay on the spot, we would have chosen a different hotel! No warnings, and cancellation is 100% paid.The holiday was ruined by the incompetence of the staff and chlorinated water in the shower. We stayed for 5 days, booked through booking, the reservation was confirmed with a friend’s foreign card, on the first day they said that there was no payment and promised to sort it out, after 5 days no one told us anything, upon departure they said that we had no payment. Any hotel where we made a non-refundable reservation debits the entire amount from the card with which the reservation was made. Otherwise, what's the point of linking a card with the full amount deducted? This is done so that the person on vacation does not worry about payment!If we had a flight that day, we would definitely miss the plane. If you want to go to this hotel, double-check your reservation, write to the hotel, wait for them to respond, they haven’t responded to a single letter. So as not to find yourself in a situation of urgently looking for money. The pool was dirty for several days, after the first cleaning the room smelled of bleach in the bathroom so much that it hurt the eyes, then we realized that the water also smelled of bleach and it dried out the skin very much. The next day the cleaning lady came in, my husband told her to come in 2 hours, but she didn’t come. Accordingly, we never received a bottle of water. On the day of departure, when we sat in the lobby for more than three hours, no one even offered us water, and they asked us 20 baht for a bottle, which we did not receive. As a honeymoon gift, we received only disappointment, no compliments.The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, there is no curtain in the shower, while the price for the room is the same as in many hotels of a higher category, toilet paper was not provided, they do not provide anything except ear sticks, there is no tea (neither in bags in the room, nor at the reception). We had breakfast at the hotel twice, but the second time they prepared the wrong dish (even though the order is written on a piece of paper, in the end we paid 20 baht more, and they didn’t ask for it to be remade.)As a result, on the spot we were asked to pay in dollars or rubles, but the exchange rate did not suit us, we were sent for a walk to the exchange office.Why am I so angry? Because we wrote a letter to the hotel when booking, no one answered us or warned us that we would have to pay on the spot in cash! Be careful. The hotel is trying to save money so as not to pay a commission to the booking company (out of 12,000 baht they had to pay 1,800 tax), because of this they are asked to pay on the spot, and the booking is non-refundable.The icing on the cake was that when we were leaving, the employee twirled her finger at her temple because I said that it was their responsibility to warn about such situations, to which they said that they sent us a letter by mail a few days ago (apparently we on vacation, when everything is pre-booked with confirmations, you are required to check your email) (they never responded to the message on the booking account)I apologize for the chaotic thoughts, just sitting at the reception for 3 hours on the penultimate day of rest bears fruit.P.S.: The hotel staff also didn’t bother to see us off and say goodbye after this entire performance.I added one star for the comfortable bed, despite the fact that the air conditioner blows directly onto it and there was no hot or cold water on the first day.

Great drinking water, delicious snacks

One of the nicest properties where we stayed in Phuket, almost new with a beautiful pool and outdoor area. Spacious rooms and nothing malfunctioning as often happens in structures on the island.

Clean , well maintained and professional, beat value for money in bangtao .. highly recommended

It was really comfortable to stay here . The place really clean and i have no problem with ac . Everything was perfect , also they have a laundry machine so we can wash our clothes . It was the best place to escape from the island and choose the hills . The pool area was cool . Small but enough.
