The hotel area is large, beautiful but not very well maintained. It is clear that the hotel is very old. The pool is empty and not working.However, you can ride bicycles around the area. It is true that it is written that the bicycles are free, but for some reason they charged us 50 baht each. Half of the bicycles have flat tires and are very old.The room is normal, there is air conditioning and hot water.

We spent two nights there and are more disappointed than ever.- the food, especially the breakfast, was just bad. Whether slimy PadThai or hard fried eggs, instant coffee, canned pineapple, we were simply disappointed. Especially for the really high price per night.- There is no WiFi on the premises and in the rooms and only a poor network.- the location is so in the middle of nowhere that there is no way to call a grave or get out of there in any other way. We were completely dependent on the resort and the 2 restaurants across the street. We were driven to Erawan National Park, but at an outrageously high price.- the staff cannot speak English and are otherwise incompetent. The day before our departure we asked how to get to the bus terminal in Kanchanaburi and were assured that we would be driven and get our bus on time. The next morning we were just driven out of the resort across the street and then told to wait for the minibus, which didn't come at first. When we asked if we could perhaps be driven with payment, we were told no. The minibus arrived an hour late, so we missed our connecting bus.- In addition, for the unjustified price, the rooms were run down, there was too little toilet paper and in some cases the water in the shower didn't work.Overall, the Erawan Nature Park is worth seeing, but next time we'll definitely stay in a different accommodation.

great place, we arrived in the evening and checked in with a dog, warning us that we have a pet, in the morning they said that we could not stay and they misunderstood us. We were alone in the hotel - 0 clients except us. It's stupid, but that's the point, we'll never come here again

The atmosphere is quite lonely.Overall condition is old, not renovated, employees are not ready to provide service. But the food (available to order) is delicious.

Resort next to the river The area is very wide. There are a lot of activities to do, including boating, raising animals, and free bicycles to ride. The atmosphere is shady like in a quiet forest and you can walk along the river. The room is not expensive and the quality is ok. Employees must be courteous.

We stayed at River Kwai Park & Resort for two nights. At the beginning we were a bit disappointed: the pool was closed, the rental bikes were only child-sized, the food was mediocre (especially for vegetarians) and the entire complex was a bit run down (we suspect that Corona has caused a slump here).But: The facility itself is huge and beautiful - in its best times it must have been fantastic. It reminds me of the Grand Budapest Hotel from the film of the same name, which was also past its best. In that respect, everything had a lot of charm. The staff didn't speak English very well, but they were extremely friendly and helpful and we got everything translated using smartphones :)The rooms were tidy and the air conditioning worked - almost too well, we had to experiment a bit so that it wasn't too cold. The dining area is open, we spent a long tropical evening there playing cards - and you could buy cold drinks from the fridge.Overall, in the end we were very happy with the experience and we grew fond of the staff.

The atmosphere is great even though it's summer..... But I want the air conditioner to be improved. From looking at the reviews and reading today, I encountered it myself. It was hot, but everything and the service was good that I encountered..

Old air conditioned roomThe overall taste of the food ordered is good.Breakfast, if you don't think too much, is average and acceptable.The best thing is that the overall atmosphere outside is very good.There are bicycles to ride and see the surrounding nature.
