We are regular customers at Si Siam Resort. On the 19th, we went in to stay with the air conditioner in the room that wasn't cool. The staff found a new room for us but it wasn't cool. We went in for about half an hour. We said can we get a refund? The air conditioner isn't cool and we can't sleep. The staff called the owner and didn't refund the money or didn't find a cool room for us. It sucks. It's a pity that I trusted all this time. We slept until in front of Buri every time, number four. We slept until we were in front of Buri every time. Always stay at Si Siam Resort. Recommend to friends as well. It sucks, it's not good.

When paying, no payment options other than credit card (mandatory) will appear. The hotel will deduct it when you arrive at the hotel.2. Want to transfer money, so call the hotel and ask. The staff informed that the reservation with the hotel had been transferred. The price was 2,700 baht for a VIP room for 3 people.(Difference 1,100 baht)3. Tell the staff that in Agoda the room is only 1,600 baht. So can I reserve it in Agoda? The employee replied that he could. You can reserve now, but it's convenient for customers.4.
