This is not part of OYO anymore. You pay OYO but then get charged at the resort cuz the owner no longer works with them. Don't get scammed by oyo. Prices are 800 for an ac room and 1000 for a riverview a room. Pay on arrival. Don't pay OYO and ignore its listed price. Owner even has notices at the resort about this. See attached.Nice place. I stayed in the 800 room that's not on the river. No problem with smelly plumbing or noisy river/plumbing the riverview review bookings mention.

**Walk-in raft room during New Year price 1,5XX baht per night.Shady place next to the waterfront There are trees and a mountain view. Located near restaurants and department stores.Room conditions are moderate enough. But the raft room when the boat passed was so wobbly that I felt dizzy. At night there are no boats running so you can sleep comfortably. The mattress is not too soft or too hard. But the bedsheets are very old and rough. The room is not soundproof. If there are people sitting and talking softly in the back of the room, people in the room will not be able to sleep. Hear in both ears The next room was busy talking at 2:00 a.m. I woke up for a long time and at night there was wind and there was something outside the room making loud noises, disturbing my sleep. I woke up all the time.I don't know the price of food because the room only provides a menu. Didn't inform about the price and price, so I didn't order.Cool air conditioner, TV can watch many channels. The water flows normally and there is a working water heater.The room number on GG map cannot be called. Must travel in alone.

The homestay is terrible. We booked online and paid the entire room price. When we went to the hotel they refused to check in. Said they don't accept online reservations. Must request a refund Then pay cash to check with him APP to reserve all hotels. Refunds are not supported. We solved the problem at the hotel reception for two hours. Finally we were told there was no room for us to stay. There was only one room and we decided to leave. The store said we could get another room at a better price. Full of lies!Very poor homestay. We booked online and paid all the room price. When we went to the hotel and refused to check in, saying that they don’t accept online bookings, we have to ask us to refund, and then pay cash to check in with him. APP booking hotels are all Refunds are not supported. We settled the issue at the hotel front desk for two hours. Finally, we were told that there was no room for us to stay in. There was only one room. Then we decided to leave. The accommodation is not of good quality but wants a high price and sees that it is next to the river. The house is old plywood.I can't make a reservation on the Agoda Oyo app anymore. I made a reservation and they asked for an additional one because they couldn't cancel the Agoda app. From the last time I came, I got a normal room but they said it was 1,000 baht per room. I asked for an extra 200 baht. I want to sleep completely.Please check the details with the officials.

We payed for a room upgrade to stay in the water bungalows . The room smelled of old mouldy cigarette smoke , the water plumbing pipes under the pontoon were vibrating and banging against the pontoons all night due to the water current and the rope lashings that held the pontoons together creaked and groaned all night which just made for a terrible nights sleep . We were offered a breakfast upgrade , the breakfast was not prepared and was no more than thai coffee and some toast . The service was not good and staff just didn't care . Pretty much a our worst experience from our 2 month stay in Thailand.

A simple but welcoming resort, big and well tended garden. The nice bungalows are painted in pastel colors. Air conditioned and tv. Clean and cosy, comfortable. No mosquitoes despite the location on the river. Nice place, to be recommended.

The property provides good service. But the bad thing is the Agoda app.I made a reservation on the 27th to stay on the 28th, but the customer's reservation information at 1:00 p.m. on the 28th had not yet arrived at the property. I arrived at the resort at 1:00 PM. The staff said that the app had not yet been sent. Customer information is here. But it's still good that the staff are friendly and willing to open the room for you first. Because we have information confirming that we really made a reservation.For the rating, I give 5 stars to the resort.and give 1 star to the Agoda app
