To begin with, the front of the room is littered with all kinds of waste, including construction waste which is dangerous for everyone, especially children. The room overlooks a public walkway with aggressive stray dogs that sleep or howl and fight all night! a hell. Inside, gloomy bathroom, toilet seat all broken, the sink faucet all rusty like the flush button. The bed mattresses are like planks of wood, the sheets are stained and have holes, the curtains are not blackout at all. We didn't sleep all night! there was a lot of noise: scooters, planes, stray dogs fighting in front of our bay window who barked all night. The children cried all night in fear. We are disgusted, we had booked 2 nights thinking of spending Christmas Eve there but we left the hotel after a sleepless night. The hotel refuses to reimburse us or make any commercial gesture to us.

Very happy with my room for the evening. I'm a 30second walk to the beach. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I have more friends coming tomorrow and the staff showed me multiple rooms options.We're going to stay in the family suite. This hotel is across for the Beach NaiYang walking street. Many bars.Also across from 24hour market.Worth adding to my Google map. I'm sure I'll be back in the future. Definitely back tomorrow night with the guys.Cheers.
