The room is not clean. Booked through Traveloka, the customer reception staff didn't know anything about it and almost didn't sleep. The entrance was difficult and I was lost for a long time. A place near the word deserted like money laundering

**Reserve through the app. Traveloka is very bad. Came in until late at night and already felt bad. Here, there were no employees to greet or tell anything. There was only an old guard who didn't know anything. He said he didn't know anything. If you don't know about the app, it's good to tell the staff so you don't waste the time of bad customers. After contacting and coordinating for a long time, the money was already lost. Said that you can open the room for sleeping first and then talk to the office tomorrow, what is that??Room fee set at 1,300 What's worse is that the room was not clean, shabby, said there was Wi-Fi, where was it? There was a lot of dust and a lot of bird droppings.Since sleeping in many hotels in many provinces, this place is the worst. I have never given 1 star to anyone. At least 3 stars.Basic accommodation costs 500. It's still better.
