Staying on a monthly basis, asking for advance rent (not a deposit), didn't mind so I paid. Room condition AK, but the toilet wouldn't flush and had to be retracted twice. I have to keep asking alot like ALOT until the hotel gave me. And also my earpod is lost and nobody take responsibility for it they said on the day that technician came to change the light bulb in my room. i did not wear them, i leave them in the room but the receptionist is so questionably sure that i wore them that day which i insisted i didn't, so my 4000-5000 baht earpods are lost. They showed me pictures of my desk that they claimed they took before changing the light bulb which is their advantage cuz nobody knows if it was taken before or after. I didn't want to get myself pn my own nerf so i let it slided. Turns out my friend who was in another room got her deposit short they just not the most trustworthy of the people.Ps. Be careful with your belongings

The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff are smiling. The location is convenient, but would like to reduce 1 star. At night, there are loud people talking loudly.

Clean room, 6 foot mattress, good pillows, not too soft, not too high.Strong wifi, strong water, cool air conditioning, great value.Convenient transportation, suitable for running errands in the city.Good service, smiling

Good place to stay in Korat. There is no parking lot so if you are a driver you need to find a place to park your car

A standard hotel with good quality in relation to the price in the center of the city. Decent size of both room and toilet, and with a balcony. Noodle boxes and snacks as well as drinks can be bought at the reception.Parking of motorcycles can be done outside the entrance, cars can be parked on the other side of the street.

Soap, towels, drinking water, 2 each. Other than that, there are sticks, even drinking glasses. The TV didn't turn on, claiming the cable was broken. You have to park on the opposite side of the public parking lot. As it happens, if you break into it, it's probably your problem, haha.

The room is clean, overall, but there is a TV but I can't watch it. Came to stay several times and the staff informed me that they had not yet finished repairing the cable. I wanted to ask: Haven't completed the repairs or are you not interested?
