There are many types of rooms. But it's likely not taken care of thoroughly. Reserve a dome room. But the room condition seems like it's not much maintained. The dome smells musty. Some fan lamps come on and some don't. Chipped coffee cup The TV signal in the room was interrupted every hour, so it was understandable that it was in him. The mirror light in the bathroom kept blinking. It didn't turn on at all. I went to inform the staff that the mirror light in the bathroom was on and off. The employee said “It is like this,” he asked again. “And you don't think there will be any improvements or corrections?” The employee responded confidently without hesitation, “No.” “Sorry.” There were only words of apology but no corrections. We pay to want to come and relax. But the situation is like asking to sleep at a relative's house. Some of those stuck, some of them didn't. I think there should be a better fix than this. Service mind 1/10 I feel very disappointed.

Stay for 2 nights but must check out first. The resort informed us that the kitchen closes at 8 p.m. We ordered food to be served at 7:30 p.m. We weren't finished eating, at 8 p.m. we turned off the lights to chase away customers 😔 and there were a lot of cats. Screaming loudly all night

I have never stayed in an accommodation where I felt this uncomfortable. Old room, musty smell The swimming pool is not very clean.Everything outside is old. The restaurant staff rarely smiles, their faces are frowning, and the outside area is dark. There should be brighter lights than this.

Doesn't quite match the cover for this price. There's no hair dryer in the room. Had to borrow another place to stay. As for the condition of the dome, it is old and has many tears. There is a musty smell in some rooms. This bathroom is very heavy. Damaged to the point of almost falling off in your hand. But the bed is comfortable. The seats outside the tent have no lights, no tables to sit on beyond the dome 11-12-13. That is, I only came to sleep. The price is too high. I would also like to say to the owner that he should come and inspect the accommodation, not just posting beautiful clips.I don't know if other people have encountered it or not. But here I hit the jackpot. The employee said there are a lot of employees on leave today. And it happened exactly on the day 😅

Sleeping at a dome, reserved a total of 5 domes, a lot of dust, curtains very dirty. The towels are very smelly. The bathroom will be ugly. No more closed doors A lot of insects came into the dome. Very disappointed.

It's a bit lacking, but mostly it's lacking. .....Coffee in the room does not have a stirrer. There is only one trash can in the entire room, at the toilet. This price room has only tissue rolls. Can't watch free TV. When I use the internet, it's very slow. The place is in a place where there is little telephone signal. There is very little parking, etc., but the staff have service mind and the food is delicious.

There are lots of photo spots. The atmosphere is good. You can see bison from far away. But the dome condition is very dirty. It's a selling point but should be cleaned up a bit. The dome is not clear, so cloudy you can't see any view from inside. The mattress still had yellow dirt stains. The bathroom still hasn't been cleaned. (Went to review on Facebook and even blocked customers)
