Another hotel near the Airport, changing them is like a hobby of sorts :) hotel 🏨 price/quality, for 700 baht, you have: parking, lobby, coffee shop ☕️, 7/11 - nearby, massage ♀️ 💆 and so on.We stayed for 1 night, spent the night and went home, very convenient location, everything is nearby.Walk to the beach in the morning, the park is gorgeous, towards the sea 🌊 a lot of cafes/bars/restaurants.

The staff is horrible, No service mind, talk with the customer in the bad way.The service and speech of the employees is at a level that should be improved. Because there are many reasons that I feel are not very okay.1) When making payment even though it has already been stated that credit cards can be paid. When I paid, the staff told me to pay in cash or by transfer. So I said that I would like to pay by credit card and the employee said that he didn't know how to do it. So I told him to ask the person who pretended to look at it first. Because I thought there might be other staff members who did it. The employee pretended to walk and ask people inside the building. Then he came out and said that the credit card payment machine was broken. It seems to solve the problem of me not paying off my credit card.2) Employees speak in an ok tone. But the content of the speech is to teach the customer that even though a service employee has no right to interfere with a customer like this, for example on the day I checked out. I want to go to the pool outside and then go straight to the airport. So I returned the key at 7:00 in the morning. When I finished returning the key, I realized that I had to go to the swimming pool with a friend. So I asked to go get the towels in the hotel room with the staff and informed them that I would hurry and return them before the check-out time was at noon and that my friend who was staying in the hotel for another night in another room would return them to me because My friend had to come to the hotel already. What the employee responded to was1. "No. If you want to take it, you must return it yourself." So I asked why. I just happen to have to go to the airport after going to the swimming pool. No need to return to the hotel, which leads in a different direction. Then my friend would return to the hotel and would have the friend return it to me before check-out time. The employee replied again that “I have to bring it back myself. Because the employees will be confused." This answer makes me very confused about the logic and thought process of the employees here. What is the confusion about? I still don't understand what the logic is. Is it difficult just to return it and tell the name of the room?2. After that, the employee continued to say that “Next time you go to the swimming pool, you should prepare to bring your own towel. You should be prepared.”I really want to ask, what rights do hotel service staff have to teach customers? I think I traveled from another province and had to carry luggage. Being at a hotel, I was expected to use the facilities that were in the room for the period of time that we had the right to use as we paid from the time we checked in until. Check out, I probably wouldn't carry a towel. And if it gets wet, put it in a bag so it won't smell bad. So I wonder what kind of service consciousness the employees understand and speak like this.After that, I told the staff that if the hotel is going to be this difficult about me using a towel at the pool and giving it back to a friend, then that's fine. Then the employee replied, "Sure, whatever is convenient for you." and quickly hung up the phone.In addition to the service of the employees Maybe I'm a little worried about security. I've never seen officers or employees in the lobby day or night. The building can be entered and exited at any time without having to touch the key card to enter the building. Every time you contact the staff, you must telephone only.Overall, I had a very bad experience with this hotel.

The rooms are clean, medium-sized rooms, cute, inexpensive, there is an airport shuttle service, very convenient. The school is close to 7-Eleven, can walk to it. Recommended for tourists who are looking for a school near the airport, away from the airport. about 5 minutes

Rude front desk girl with zero English skills, she invited me to call her boss after I asked her politely "what's happening" after 10 minutes stopped in the lobby without any information. Tried to check out at 11am and nobody were at the desk/coffee shop/entrance.Good location btw if you are looking for something near the airport for a quick rest.

The housekeeper doesn't have a service heart. He didn't notice that we were wearing pajamas. no shoes Then we intended to open the door to see the coffee counter. The housekeeper came and closed the door without asking a single word about his health. There was no doorbell, and there was no man at the counter. The mobile phone was not taken away. Have to sit and wait for other guests to open. Saw other guests making similar comments. Should improve. It's a shame that the hotel has to receive a review like this.

Localisation is good.Staff is horrible, disrespectful and don’t give attention to the guests.Rooms is clearly not as good as they should be. Shower broken, little bed, toilet is broken you need to fill the water on it…Honestly if you want to see some people who work without enjoying and smiling it’s the place to be.Useless to say “Hello” to the staff they just ignore you and if you ask any question to them it’s look like you annoyed them 😤That so sad this place had a good potentiel but staff destroy it.Please change these staff ASAP

I arrived in this hotel before Booking and i Ask them if they prefer i Book online or with them directly , the girls here doesn't speak english so they give to me The phone Thn i text with The manager and they told me you Can Book juste online directly so i booked with agoda for 4 nights . The decoration of the hotel is beautiful but there is no people to welcoming you and the staff here don't answer when you Say hello and are not smiling at all . They never clean the room and put water or toilet paper ,.WE have one card for two and when m'y boyfriend Ask someone was here from the staff to open because i was in the room they Say no you need the card he wait 5 min behin with The girl Say no you need your card withouth open him. The toilet doesn't flow correctly , the bed is really small , the noise from the road and also inside you Heard everything but ok for 4 nights and good location from the airport . I rebooked one night online because i have my flight AT 5 pm to get a last shower, i went to looking for the staff and i finally found someone to tell them i booked i need to pay and i don't check out this morning . They give me The phone to talk with The manager by phone message and i explain that . She Ask me how much i have to pay and i Say 945 $ but maybe you Can do a little discount because i will not sleep here tonight and leave around 5 pm ? She told me yes if you Book directly with us i Say ok how much Can be ? And she reply to me but you Book already online so i can't you Can pay with my staff thanks you.No consideration to people , no commercial and just the money interesting this hotel .si I gave 1000bath and keep the rest but I said to the manager by phone I will give you a really Bad review with all of this . They knock on by door 2 min After to give me toilets paper and water . I will never Come back it's been 6 years i travelling in Thailand on homestay and local people and that the first Time i have this experience in thaïland . I love this country and thé people here and i will never Come back in this hotel .

We stayed for three nights from 01/02 to 01/05, there are + and -, upon check-in we were greeted by the most dissatisfied faces of two girls and all three days their faces did not change, they didn’t even greet us, it was funny, the manager was a normal dude, there was a serious problem they solved the problem with the toilet in the morning, for three days it was not cleaned and nothing was changed, you can use the shared kitchen, it’s convenient, the air conditioning is very weak.
