Stayed on 27-29 Sep 2024.Most of the employees provide services that are below standard.1. Come stay with friends in 4 rooms. Because I'm going to play tennis.Call to check court prices in advance. The staff who answered the phone said it was 150/hour (daytime).300/hr. (night)On the hotel's website it is stated exactly the same.When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed us that Night court fee 150 baht + lights on fee 300 baht Total 450 baht/hour. which does not match the website and does not match what was initially called to check with the hotel (as in the attached picture)In the end, there was an protest that the price was not accurate to the website.The employee confirmed that the website price was wrong.But the price will be given according to the customer's understanding. (Speaking like the wrong customer)But that's okay, we can give you Yuan as per the customer's misunderstanding. If the website writes the wrong price, it is considered bad. Still speaking like the customer misunderstood. (Female employee, petite, dark skin)2. In the parking lot, I met the hotel's driver passing by empty-handed at around noon. We will ask for a car (empty car from the parking lot into the hotel).As soon as we say Can I take the car inside with me? The employee acted upset. An annoyed tribute (The employee is chubby, dark-skinned, and has a short haircut.) He acted so upset that we didn't want to go with him. So I said I wasn't going. Because of concern about safetyIf this employee is not available to serve customers or has any business that cannot be delivered, there should be a more appropriate way to communicate with customers. Or if you are not ready to do service work that meets customers, you should go to work in another department.Overall it was a very bad experience for staying here. This story is just part of what we and our 9 friends encountered.Most of the employees don't seem to have received any training. There are also employees who are good and attentive to customers, such as:The service staff in the restaurant in the morning talk and provide good service. (The man is quite tall. Looks a bit older, dark skin) and the tennis court staff (Probably a tennis or knocker teacher named Thammanoon) Speak well, take good care of, be polite, attentive to customers, friendly.*The hotel is spacious, good location, the cleanliness of both the rooms and the common area is very well taken care of. Impressive, but the service needs to be greatly improved, especially the Front and Bell boys should be more friendly to customers.

The atmosphere of the place is very good. The hotel interior is spacious, suitable for walking around and taking photos. Create a large swimming pool The hotel is not next to the sea. There is a small road blocking it. The beach around here may not be very beautiful. I went on Friday and there was street food behind the hotel.

Very impressed with the atmosphere and facilities. Definitely will come again but!!!!! All in all, everything is good. Except the lobby staff coordinated incorrectly. What can't be answered? He doesn't speak very respectfully to guests. He probably lacks training. If he can improve that, it would be very good.

A bit away from Hua Hin centre. Initially great welcome and was asked to join the Wyndham club talk. Agreed and set alarm for 5 minutes before it started at 1pm. Was woken up by a phone call reminding me at 11pm which was highly annoying given that I worked online during US hours. Then constant phone calls on room and WhatsApp after I decided to skip the sales pitch as sleep was more important and I didn't need a reminder call to wake me up!Buffet breakfast was great. Gym did the job.

The hotel was changed from Evason resort and spa. The rooms was made to blended with nature from wood and stonewashed concrete. Felt good to see these styles with nature. Room has all the five stars amenities. There are normal room and pool villa room. Very comfortable in both.Staffs are polite, friendly and helpful.Breakfast is good size and options have variety of food but not overly massive.Restaurant serving lunch and dinner are also good food pizza, western and Thai food with happy hours from 3-6pm.Spa is really good. Therapist has excellent knowledge and skill. Reasonable price with high quality of oil and therapy and facilities with complimentary sauna and steam room.Good fitness room and many activities and complimentary bicycle to ride around resort and beach road along 5-10km on the bicycle lane.Location is quiet secluded from the main road but easy accessible. Tjers is no beach in front of hotel. Not next to the beach but have sea view. If you not looking to go stay at the beach, this is quite nice with just Seaview and sitting by a large pool.

Just stayed last Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Went with a family of 16 people. Everyone was very happy. All the staff take good care of the service and are friendly. There are many activities for the children to do. The breakfast is very delicious. For dinner, we had pizza at the hotel. It was very delicious. We had seniors with us on this trip. Time to walk and watch the children play in the water. I'll walk a bit far. If there is a pick-up truck Closer than this It will be very good. There is definitely a chance to return to use the service again.

Make it a school that is quiet, clean, and pleasing to the eye.The hotel area is very wide. But every area is very clean. I don't know. What time did they wake up to draw? Seeing grass makes me want to practice golf chips 🤣Room- Clean, soft bed, cool air conditioner, but water is not strong. When I wash my hair I'm not satisfied.breakfast- I really like the view of the breakfast room.The food section is quite diverse. Delicious chili sausage with Thai rice, good taste, but if the rice is cooked with jasmine rice I'll definitely eat a whole pot of rice. As for the noodle soup Personally, I feel like it's a little too sweet. It's sweet to know that it's definitely sugar haha.Facility- There are many things to choose from, including equipment and caretakers. But I didn't use any of it. The bed sucks too many souls 5555Overall, it's very suitable for relaxation. It's peaceful. It seems like there aren't many people staying. But the truth is that there are a lot of people staying. Which will be known is when Let's meet without an appointment in the breakfast room.

Mon. 26 Aug. 2024Just had the opportunity to try staying here for the first time.The hotel was originally named Evason.Later the name was changed to Blue Lotus.Until two years agoChanged name to Wyndham huahin PranburiUpon arrival, there will be a golf cart waiting to take you to check in at the lobby.Good serviceI like it.- Lots of parking, lots of rooms- Divided into clear proportions- Wide area next to Pranburi Beach- The swimming pool is near the beach.-Room, comfortable bed-The fitness center is very large and the machines are almost complete.-line breakfast is considered good.Variety of bakeries, butter separated, unsalted butter, salted butterDrinks are served with ice.That feels like it's still not okay.-Golf cart shuttle Will park only in the parking area. I'd like to park in front of the lobby.- Sign indicating the way to the Blue Lotus restaurant (which is the breakfast room ) is not yet clear. Most of the people who stayed walked towards the restaurant next to the swimming pool.-Fresh fruit, apples and oranges placed in the guest room. Looks a bit wilted.-There are no flashlights in the rooms. Even though the hotel has lights in the corridors. But on the way to the swimming pool zone If you walk, it's still dark.- All TV channels are not clear at all.-Class schedule, activities focus only on the morning and afternoon. There are very few evenings.If there is a chance, go back and stay again.
