Let me tell you, if you read the reviews on Google, you won't make a reservation at all. Sucks and doesn't solve the problem. Recently, they refused to postpone the reservation date. Cancel and you will lose a lot of #agoda money. Read before booking. How can you manage your room first? I've seen many places on Agoda that don't fix it. But called another hotel. They allow you to stay, good service, prices similar to here. The management people are very smart. The person answering the phone solved the problem well. It's not like here at all. Bad, bad, bad. There's a 10 to negative -100.

The service was very poor.If you're not ready to open your room daily, you shouldn't open it. There was nothing ready. There was a power outage, black ants all over the room. 3 people came to sleep and it cost 200 baht. The extra mattress was thin, the children's blankets were a little small, and the water was not provided. There were no towels provided. I am very confused. I have stayed in many hotels and have never encountered anything like this. I mean, I lost money. One time is enough.

Very bad, don't stay here at all. The service is bad, nothing good. Adding an extra mattress is very bad, plus not giving extra towels. When I went to get the towels I was told that the extra mattress was gone for 200. That's all there is to no additional water. Anyone who wants to stay here can go find another place. It's like they're not ready to open a daily room.

The service is very bad. The sheets were not changed and the sheets had holes and cigarette smoke marks. Towels were not changed. On the first day, there was no water to drink. Stayed for three nights Only received water for two days. The fine for the glass is expensive, 100 baht each. When I looked at Lazada, the pack was only 49 baht. The room was not cleaned and there were a lot of ants. According to the reviews, it was not as good as the reviews.

Very bad. Reserved for 3-4 days, single bed. When I came to stay, told the old person to continue renting. So there's no room. Move to a double bed. But you have to pay additional money yourself. Not responsible for anything Compared to gas station kids or 7-Eleven employees Wrong time to change money You can still take responsibility for yourself. This is truly a mistake. Let us move rooms, we can accept it. Let us pay the extra money ourselves. This is not cute at all. It's like they don't see the importance. Didn't respect us at all. Very disappointed.

When entering the room, the WiFi code sign was lost. Next, I placed things on the table in the corner of the room and under the table there was dust and cobwebs on the ceiling of the room in front of the window. The air conditioner is not cool because the air filter is clogged and cannot be removed and cleaned. We have to remove and clean it ourselves. The bathroom was not completely cleaned, there was still hair from the previous customer. When I went to sleep it appeared that The blankets and bedsheets had many long black hairs stuck to them, indicating that our hair was cut short and that we had blonde hair. We dismantled it and called the housekeeper to come and change it. So I saw that the mattress had reached the end of its useful life and there were hair fibers coming out. Honestly, I'm just going to bed because it's evening and I'm going to work. I'm not from the area so I don't want to check out. Woke up with a red rash on my back because of the hair on the mattress. The Y code is difficult to understand, thought it was coded 007. There is no phone to call the housekeeper. You have to use your own cell phone. It's this long because it's really not ok. I have stayed at many places that I have just encountered.
