I called the first time and got it...when I called to make a reservation, 5-6 calls didn't answer at all. Go to hotel, check in The room is not clean, the air conditioner is not cool. The bathroom smells very musty. The bathroom floods from the other side when taking a shower, soaking wet, unable to dry clothes outside. It's full of bird poop.

Encountered a problem with cleanliness that was not okay at all. Opened 2 rooms. The room was very stuffy. There was a lot of dust on the mattress. I don't know if the housekeeper cleans it. The soap that was used and the toothbrush was not thrown away when I opened the refrigerator. The coffee cup was spoiled and was in the refrigerator. It smelled bad. Another room opened and 2 cockroaches ran. There are rats running around on the ceiling, spinning the laundry. The washing machine probably isn't emptying the drum. After washing, it came out with stains. When you enter the gym, there's only bird droppings and lizard droppings all over the floor. But it's still good. The receptionist provides good service. The room is okay, but the important thing is that the room needs to be cleaner.

Clean rooms, good service staff Enter from the main road a bit. If you're hungry, in front of the alley there's a noodle shop for sale. There's a 7-11 PTT gas station opposite. Overall, it's ok.

This place is in the middle of a field, and if you are traveling by yourself, then you would be lost trying to find this place. The beds felt like they had box spring only, without the mattress. I have back injuries from my service in the US military, and the pain trying to sleep on their bed was unbearable. I couldn't get a good nights sleep, so I just couldn't stand it anymore and I had to book another hotel. Also, there is no food at the hotel, so you have to find a restaurant outside by getting a taxi. There are no elevators to carry all the heavy luggage. There is no swimming pool. You have to be extra careful not to slip and fall on the smooth tiles in the bathroom from the water getting everywhere after taking a shower. I also lost $187 (8 nights) usd due to me having to get another hotel because of the bed issue. The price per night stay is not worth the inadequacies that we faced at this hotel. They hotel manager would not refund me for the 8 nights we didn't stay. That's stealing from their customers and should be reported! Their staff, on the other hand, were friendly and courteous. They did their jobs well. Overall, I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeking comfort and relaxation.

Clean sheets But the room and bathroom are not very clean. Our room's towels smelled like old cloth. (Just one piece) In the room there is water, coffee bags, and snacks provided. Parking is not enough, just a bit narrow. The owner looks nice and nice.

The employees didn't seem to know about the problem and were very slow in solving the problem. My grandchild was going to get her makeup done for her graduation at the shop at 1:00 a.m. But the staff was late in clearing up the problem, causing my grandchild to be 30 minutes late. When it happened, The problem was that we went in to help clear things up. The employees made faces and were dissatisfied. We stood and cleared things up for an hour and it wasn't finished. So we went in to help in order to get our grandchild to put on makeup in time, but the behavior of the employees was not okay at all.
