Nice location opposite Rajabhat Uni. Lots of parking, good selection of streetfood and restaurants. Nice staff, clean rooms. Only disappointment was the A/C was awful. Very poor sleep even with my A/C full on.

The room is black make you feel uncomfortable There is no balcony which makes the air feel not ventilated.and felt like being locked up even though the room size was 21 square meters and the furniture was old.Clean bathroom, clean room, no musty smell.If there is a new renovation, it will be very good.

The bedsheets were torn in an ugly way, torn on the mattress. Open the door and enter a small, haunted, and scary room. WiFi doesn't work. Just the bathroom is new, everything else is old and haunted.

Oh wow, very good. Unbelievable. At this price, you get breakfast. The room is very clean, fragrant, the bathroom is clean. Everything is very good. I have traveled all over Thailand and stayed in many places. This place is the best. I really like it. I will definitely have the opportunity to stay again.The room is clean, smells good, and the service is good.The room is wide.Why do other people give negative, exaggerated reviews? I'm still confused. The review is like a prank.Recommend, good.

The hotel is very big but the rooms are extremely small. When you first enter it, it feels like a prison. The window is very small, the head can't be inserted into it, there are no curtains, the morning atmosphere is not even the size of the window, the size is half the size of the TV, the smallest glass is like a staff room that is used as a spare room. It's so bad. I've been to the hotel where Sakon is the same as 550. There is no deposit for the key like here. Hotel water is provided every morning and the price is the same. Why is it so bad? Going to a resort for just 300 baht per night is much more spacious than this. Saw a friend who had a better review than this so went to try it. Try it and see something like this. Let me tell you, once is more than enough (512)

Got a room on the 5th floor, very scary.- Dim hallway lights- The room smells musty.- The lights in the room are not steady, blinking on and off.- The furniture is low quality plywood and very old.- The door opens and closes with a loud noise like a ghost movie.- Lost door strap It looked like the door had been slammed open until the door frame was broken.- The bathroom is small, cramped, with mold growing along the grout.- Window cannot be opened Plus it's full of cobwebs.- Very old antique TV- Reception staff provide good service- The atmosphere feels like an old hospital renovated into a hotel.- Summary: Scary. Just once, hurry and check out quickly.

Good hotel by busy road but set out in such away you don't get traffic noise . Parking is underneath the building. Easy access to sakon Airport. Rooms are large with hot water for drinks , fridge tv . Aircon . Bathroom was bigger than average with a bath and a separate shower 👍 and clean .the shower will take some working out to get temp just right as it's the tap mixer type . 😄 so one minute its boiling the next to cold . My what fun 😃some swings for the kids and a restraint. A few 7 elevens close by and other small shops . Also the indoor Market just round the corner. overall a nice hotel for the price

This hotel is suitable for university associates as it is located directly across from the local university. The hotel has limited facilities, although there are convenience stores nearby and walking track at the university. Breakfast was edible, room was clean, front desk staff was helpful.

The room is not very soundproof, I can hear people walking/talking in the corridor all the time. The room above closed the door or dragged a chair and could be heard. When I went, the room wasn't very clean. But the staff are very nice, good service.

The staff informed that the check-out was completed. Didn't return ID card, missed the plane in 10 minutes The story is very chaotic. If the card is collected There should be a warning first, followed by the word check-out completed.

Hotel was very good. Staff are nice and friendly. Room was very good for the price, however, there were some dents in the room. Hotel rooms are off the main road so not much noise at nice which is a big bonus as hotel entrance is adjacent to a busy main road.Staff arranged a taxi in the morning for me to the local airport which was greatly appreciated.Breakfast is included, but wasn’t for me. However, there is a 7/11 literally as you come out of the hotel on the right down the steps so not a probelm at all.Overall, stay was very good and would stay here again if in Sakon Nakon.
