I had the pleasure of staying in this magnificent bungalow in Cha Am, and my experience was simply exceptional. Situated in a picturesque setting, this bungalow not only offers a luxurious swimming pool but also absolute tranquility, ideal for relaxing and rejuvenating.Diego and Jab deserve a special mention for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a sincere smile and remarkable professionalism. Their in-depth knowledge of the region allowed me to discover extraordinary places that I would not have found otherwise. Their valuable advice on the best places to visit and local activities enriched my stay and made my experience even more memorable.The impeccable cleanliness of the bungalow and its modern facilities added to the comfort of my stay. Every detail was carefully thought out, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that I really enjoyed.In conclusion, if you are looking for quality accommodation in Cha Am, I highly recommend this bungalow. I totally recommend this place. It’s one of the most comfortable places we stayed in Thailand for a year. It looks a bit far from the downtown, however we find this area the best, it’s calm and easy to reach a market, shop or local cafe. The great bonus is a ping-pong table. Landlord lives nearby and helps with everything. Thank you a lot. Shaun recommends happy house too

Stay Oct23 to April 24We are a couple +/-60 traveling aloneCha Am has everything you need. (Macro, Lotus, 7/11, daily street food market, weekly large market, doctors and pharmacies) I like that it's not that overcrowded here and there are several beautiful beaches nearby, either lonely or busy, depending on your preference.The house is only a year old. Practically and lovingly furnished with everything you need. Loving details and decoration show how much effort has been put into it.A nice fruit basket and a warm welcome awaited us, and we were also brought food for us on the first evening.It has a wonderful garden with a pool that you can use at any time. Advantage/Disadvantage😁 The pool is so cleverly located in the shade that it allows a welcome cooling off even on hot days (25⁰) my concerns at the beginning were that the pool is located directly on the owners' terrace, but this is not a problem at all.You should have a vehicle as it is outside in a very quiet area.But there are also several options for getting supplies in the immediate vicinity. (restaurant, street food, small shop and 7/11)The owners are so warm and helpful, far beyond the usual, that I am always amazed.You can communicate well with English, hands and feet. They also provide someone to clean the house or a very good massage. So you really have a luxury life here.Actually I should describe negative things here but there is nothing (except that you don't want to leave) we have definitely booked the house again for next year.The owner will soon be building another three bungalows in the same style on a spacious plot of land. Which I can already warmly recommend.CONCLUSION: the house is rightly called Happy House

amazing place to stay.the house is very new and comfortable, the garden is well kept and there is a pool. you also can play ping pongthe area is quiet but have local shops and restaurants near by.drive to cha am beach is around 15min.the owners Jeab and Diego are wonderful hosts.from the welcome to the check out everything was perfect.we also brought our cat with us and she loved the place even more than us,55we stayed for 1 month and can highly recommend the HAPPY HOUSEhope to see you again soon

We recently visited Happy House in Cha-am, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of by the friendly and attentive hosts. They were always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The house were spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the property is simply stunning and close to all the local attractions. I truly appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. I highly recommend Happy House to anyone looking for a truly memorable and relaxing vacation experience.

To make a long story short: It was great. The hosts were amazing in every aspect.Everything was sparkling clean in the house and literally new. House is well equipped and the garden is perfectly maintained. Commuting to the city center is easy and fast (like 5 minutes). At the same time you are staying almost in the city but far enough from the loudness of clubs.To summarize: It is hard to imagine a more peaceful place that is almost in the city but far enough from it to allow you fully enjoy the time spending time when being here. Grab and other deliveries are working fine.

We spent more than a month in the "Happy House". Staying here as well as extending our stay were a hit. The owners of "Happy House" are extremely hospitable, helpful. You feel at home while being far from home (in a positive meaning ;-)). Thank you so much for such a gr8 stay.

I rented this bungalow for a period of 3 nights with my son...we were warmly welcomed by a French-Thai couple...it was very pleasant.The bungalow is very comfortable, fully equipped and above all very clean.The location is quiet, close to nature, 10 minutes from the beach.I highly recommend.

Wonderful place for getting away from the busy city of Bangkok. The place is a new, modern and comfortable construction surrounded by beautiful and very well cared garden. Diego and Jeab, the hosts, are really nice and attentive. Really good value for money.
