Worst resistance ever. No telephone, rotten table in balcony, no one to take our luggage down from the room to the lobby, no receptionist in late hours to make copy of the room card in case lost, and old electricity ports.

The worst apartment in Phuket, the location is not good. The room is dirty and so many things in the room not working!!!!The attitude of the reception is woooorrrasttThe reception only working on the morning😅 if you need anything in the evening you will wait till tomorrow!!The human should sleep in the street but not in this hotel👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Worst experience of my life.We arrived around 2:45 p.m. at the hotel, we had reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights. When we arrived, we received the coldest welcome, receptionists who did not calculate us, who put on makeup rather than welcoming us. Very directive and unpleasant, does not accompany us to our respective rooms and does not help us with the transport of luggage.One of the 3 rooms we had reserved was not available at the time because it was supposedly being cleaned by the housekeeper and we had to wait only 30 minutes more to get settled in. Once arrived in the first room, the condition of the floor, worktop and hob was horrible. The room that required more time to "clean" was the dirtiest of the 3, trash not cleared, foul smells, dirty sheets with dirty footprints and hair under the blanket.After this very bad discovery we decided to go to the reception to report our discoveries but no one was at the reception at 7 p.m. A sign is present specifying that if no one is at reception we can contact a receptionist with a given telephone number. But no one answers calls/messages either! We waited more than 30 minutes at reception waiting for staff but no one! An hour later this number contacted us again and sent a cleaning lady to clean the first room (this was before discovering the state of the second room), this cleaning lasted more than 1 hour...After cleaning the first room, we discovered the state of the second room... Traces of blood on the sheet, hair, musty smells... It was too much for us, we decided to contact the reception again to leave the hotel on next day and get a refund. We make it clear that we would like the intervention of a cleaning lady to change our sheets so that we can spend the night there and leave the next day, except that to our great surprise the manager makes us understand that our room will not be cleaned because the cleaning lady has finished her shift (~9 p.m.). The manager and his colleague made us struggle to avoid reimbursement, but after that we were treated to the drama of the staff who invited us to spend the night in their hotel and leave the next day (therefore sleeping in dirty sheets and billed us for the night) or leave immediately to be reimbursed for the 3 nights (they clearly wanted to kick us out).We decide to get reimbursed immediately and leave, and, to top it off, the manager and his colleague blackmail us by telling us that we will be contacted to explain our decision to leave prematurely and that we must respond that we have canceled our stay because “there is no breakfast”.After that, we were refunded and almost kicked out.Avoid this hotel, hygiene and hospitality are clearly not their priority.

Quiet place and safety , good for family there two pool no par , no Halal food in the area.. There 7/11 near five minutes walk

I do not recomenended this place. They treat Animals very badly . They kill birds every Day. Staff go around with Guns and kill birds and Everyone sees it.. children and all People living in this hotel .. terrible and sad view :(
