If you go with an adult will choose to stay here Good old-style rooms, delicious foodThe staff are lovely, especially the dining room area, very cute.But there was only one employee at the reception who didn't look welcoming (we counted the times and didn't mind). They shouldn't be in this position at all. You should take it and hide it.I forgot to ask the name. I really don't want to comment on the wrong person.

Clean accommodation, good service staff, friendly speaking. Stayed for the 2nd time already. The price for us is considered ok, not expensive, 2,500 baht, ground floor building zone. The food is delicious. Especially shrimp porridge and condo eggs.

The room is old, the air conditioner is not cool, the bathroom is very smelly. The water in the bathroom is yellow. Both smelly and yellow. Should be able to improve Otherwise, all customers will definitely be lost. Good service staff Any room that is not ready should not be allowed to customers. You should fix it well first. Paying expensive money but getting room quality that is really not ready. I'm afraid this time.

The air conditioner isn't cool at all. Sleeping hot all night Employees are not available to provide service. That night, all the employees disappeared. It's not cheap to pay for the room. I feel very bad. Definitely won't come again.

Location: beautiful view, next to the sea, beautiful beach, can swim in the sea, very calm.Service: Good service staff, there is a welcome drink and fruit in the room, there are many employees to help carry things. (No wheelchairs and no elevators)Room: The bed is ok, there is a long sofa but the sofa is a little messy, the water flows slowly, there is no hand-held shower. There are only ones attached to the wall, the water is a dark color. like groundwaterSwimming pool: doesn't look clean, the water is cloudy.Restaurant: Food tastes okay, plates and bowls are not clean, there is black dust on them.Surrounding place: Lots of trees, shady, there is a pond but a lot of moss.

Get out of the car and walk into the lobby. Use a high-pressure water sprayer to scrub the floor a bit. The floor will be cleaner and whiter. Stay in a house with three rooms, cool air conditioning but noisy. Some windows didn't close properly and seemed to fall off. The floor has swelled a little. The water for brushing your teeth didn't smell of mud from the water, assuming it was groundwater. Breakfast is very basic, porridge, bread, fried eggs and ham, coffee (no coffee smell) ...good service staff...

What is impressive is that the employees are very willing to serve. Considerate, the sea view and the outside view of the hotel are very beautiful. Especially when looking through the swimming pool, the swimming pool isn't that big so it's better to be in a group than jamming with other guests. As for the rooms, they are quite old and have a musty smell. The old mattresses cannot absorb the spirits of the guests (sleeping is uncomfortable). The resort makes customers take a shower that smells very bad of groundwater. This one almost made me puke. The children refused to take a bath. I have to use bottled water to pour on myself, wash my face, and brush my teeth. And the water sometimes flows and stops. It should be able to be renovated. Very disappointed if compared to the brand name. The food line is ok. But there are few to choose from.

The Villa is relatively old, but it is clean. The landlady is very kind and the service is very good. The environment is peaceful. It has been raining for the past few days, so the water in the small swimming pool is not dry and it is difficult to swim. If you love swimming or have children, you can ask the hotel first. The accommodation has good service from parking the car. The room is spacious and has complete facilities. Next to Khao Kalok Beach, good atmosphere. But secretly there is some trash in front of the beach. The pool is small but enough to play in. Suitable for small children. Full breakfast There is a fountain to look at and it's fun to look at. Go during April, mid-afternoon, foreigners kitesurfing and sitting all over the area. In the evening, in the morning, the beach is clear. There is a morning alms-giving service. All in all, I'm impressed. Suitable for relaxing.

Have been staying at Puri Mantra since it opened almost 20 years ago, from the time we received Unseen Paradise from TAT until coming back to stay again. Here through both Covid Been through many things It is considered to take good care of the accommodation. It should have been more than 20 years, but the room and location are still not shabby. Plus, there's also an additional seaside dining area. Please help this resort maintain its 4-5 star standards forever.
