A school with a beautiful view is acceptable, but the condition of the condo, outside and private, is really impenetrable. It's scary/feels dangerous.The swimming pool was unavailable, the lift didn't work.But anyone who doesn't mind the things mentioned should be satisfied.

It's a room inside the building, on the 29th floor. The view is very beautiful. You have to go out and find a restaurant yourself or buy one. There's a kettle, plates and glassware, no dishes. The room is OK, but the atmosphere of the building and the entrance are a bit lonely. Located in the (in)famous and unfinished project (as always by this Thai-Chinese developer) Yambay is a heaven at very reasonable price, on the 28-29th floors, the renovated room are superb, with stylish modern decoration, and Jacuzzi on balconies and of course an amazing view (when the pollution is not too bad!). Nothing to compare with Milford condotel, located in the same building, in the lower floors, priced so high, apparently “reserved” for customers from Korea, and decorated with cheap, awful taste and priced higher than Yambay (management of Milford seems to never understand what is market price!)

The air conditioner is very loud. When I first turned it on there was no problem. I have a problem when I start sleeping. Both the air conditioner is broken and the air conditioner water drips. The building is very old. But there is a renovation. Yambay's room is like being in another world. When I went to stay, I never met any guests who stayed with me. The view is beautiful because it is in a very tall building, floors 29-30. But the lonely corridor elevator was too scary. If you come in late at night, you'll be extremely lonely. Traveling is difficult if you don't have a personal car. It's quite difficult to find food other than ordering and eating. The service is by telephone only. There is no lobby. Met the staff when checking in to carry luggage only once. There is no shower cap, breakfast, price 1900, we think it's still not okay.

The front of the room has a mountain view. west The back of the room has a sea view. east The hotel is on the top floor of a Milford condo. There is Wi-Fi but the signal is not good. There is a hair dryer, a kettle, a small refrigerator, various drinks (additional charge), and wine glasses.

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful sea, chill atmosphere. Room on the 29th floor, Family room, extremely beautiful view, spacious room, large hall, cool air conditioning in every room. There is no musty smell at all. Kitchen utensils, equipment, plates, bowls, pots, pans, microwaves, refrigerators, ice buckets, glasses, wine glasses, everything. 6 foot mattresses in both rooms.
