There is 1 bedroom that does not have an ensuite bathroom. At first it was advertised as having an en-suite bathroom in every room. What is that?? Had to go out to use the shared bathroom. The shared bathroom looked old and very dirty. I forgot to take a photo, it was very scary. As for the bathroom in the room, it smelled very bad of urine. Wet towel Probably got wet and didn't wash it. Very smelly. Shampoo and conditioner are in clear plastic bottles, not worth using. I don't dare use it at all. Water was poured into glass bottles, not daring to drink at all. You should invest a little and buy a few bottles. Water isn't expensive. There can be parking for 3 cars in the house. Around the house, it gets dark at night. You should add more fire. The housekeeper bought ice for me. 100 baht per sack You have to buy 2 sacks to fill the tank. Morning porridge, the housekeeper buys it for 50 baht per bag, a little less, but delicious.Pros: The housekeeper gives good advice. The location is very good. There is a wide beach to walk on. But until the shade was available to walk, it was around 5:00 p.m. In the morning, 8:00 a.m., the sun was scorching and I couldn't walk anymore. clean swimming pool Spacious enough to swim and exercise. There is also a shallow zone for small children. Affordable price in exchange for an old house. I recommend renovating it a bit.

Spectacular location, amazing beachfront property at a price that can not be refused. Local bar and restaurant right next door, pool is clean and amazing. This is a beautiful family retreat or with friends.... Highly recommended

Beautiful atmosphere, clean rooms, very good service, there is karaoke for singing as well. I also gave alms in front of the house in the morning.

Beautiful, comfortable accommodation, next to the sea, good atmosphere, walk to the beach to Khao Kalok. Children like it very much ☺️☺️

Love, this place, it’s beautiful nature and peaceful place in Pak Num Pran, Pran Buri to be not to mention right next to Khao Kalok (เขากะโหลก) that have the nice sand beach
