660 is considered very expensive for room conditions like this.1. The plug is very difficult to find to charge the battery.2. The room is very old.3. The curtains do not block out the morning light.4. The sheets are not clean.

It's secretly expensive compared to what you get (there's a 300 baht deposit). Food around the accommodation is easy to find, not far from the university. You can just sleep for a bit.

Stopping for a break before the Kamphaeng Saen running event. The room is good with cool air conditioning. But the bathroom smells like pipes. Booked 1 room. Admin mistakenly reserved 2 rooms. Overall good, can sleep.

☹️ The rooms are very bad compared to hop inns in various provinces, namely in ME2, very bad, different worlds, even though the price is the same. We paid here 660 baht per night: 1. The drainage hole in the bathroom does not have a cover with a small hole. 2. The bed/cushion is hard, not soft or firm. 3. Bed + sofa + cabinet Very old and dilapidated Very deteriorated. 3. The air conditioner is not cool and dirty. 4. The entrance to the choi to get to the accommodation is narrow, cars can't pass each other, and it's dark, scary especially at night. 5. The male employee who answered the phone when calling to ask about the price spoke well, but The female employee at check out on April 17, 2023 is bad service. Speak badly and don't care. He didn't even lift his head from the counter to say thank you when he gave us a 300 baht refund for the key deposit. When checking in on April 16, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., we encountered a male employee who looked like a short uvula. Or can't speak Thai or something, I don't know, but they seem more active and considerate.Overall, you shouldn't come to stay‼️ The standard is very low. You shouldn't come to stay. The room smells bad, bad in every way (the location gave 3 stars because it's opposite Kasetsart University). There's a picture, I don't know how to post it, haha.

Price 660 baht. Compared to other sales hotels, this price is not considered cheap. The more you compare it to the quality you get, you want the picture to describe it better. There are no photos where you have to call staff to help catch cockroaches at night.
