Employees have no service mind and no maturity. Don't know how to manage anything. Entering the accommodation at 4:00 p.m., there was no staff waiting to receive customers at the check-in point. You must call the number posted in front of the room. When I called, the staff informed me that the reservation was a large room. The housekeeper hasn't finished finishing the room and still can't stay. As usual, you should be able to check in at 2:00 p.m., then try to contact the staff again and at 6:00 p.m. they informed you that you could check in and the room was ready. This is equivalent to 4 hours of wasted stay with no special offer to apologize to customers who had to waste their time waiting. As for the check-out time at 12:00, the staff knocked on the room and told them to leave without finishing packing their things. So I called the staff to check in again. But the answer is to hurry and leave. All of this is a question. When you do a service business like this, why don't you have a Service Mind or immediate problem-solving skills? You let customers check in late. Due to the unprofessionalism of the team And there has been no other proposal to apologize to customers who received substandard service. How will they be responsible for the 4 lost hours? Plus, they will pay an additional 100 baht to be able to check out at 1:00 p.m. which should not be kept at all Please pass it on to the executives here if you read this. The service should be improved to meet standards because if there are still incidents like this in other reviews, the Agoda app should select hotels that are more standard and professional before selling dill in the app.

The bed was very bad. It arched and the springs popped out. My back ached.The towel was stiff. Frayed, like it's been used for a very long time. Tissue paper is not replenished. I really feel bad about this place.

Check in at four o'clock. Arrived and was informed that the room was not yet available. Other guests request to extend their stay until 6:30 p.m. If they check out and quickly clean up for them. By making us sit and wait at the office. How can you provide a service like this? You get money for extra time. But other customers lose their rights. And there is no better arrangement than having customers sit and wait. I can't take it like this.

I reserved it a long time ago. Went in to check in at 4 p.m. The room is not ready yet because other guests have extended their stay. Even though I already knew that there were guests waiting to stay. How can you let other people extend that much time? Then there was a request for us to wait until 7:00 p.m. to enter. Booked at this hotel but had to sleep somewhere far away without prior notice. Indescribable.
