I often go to stay at Sam Phran several times a year. I saw that this place was newly opened so I decided to change and take a break. I like the photos the owner posted, they look beautiful and livable.It appears that the stay experience was not as expected.1. The accommodation looks like it hasn't been finished yet. The lawn is morning glory. and the myrrh crawled everywhere.2. Sand is all over the field. When you step onto the shelter, the sand sticks to your feet and goes into the room as well.3. The room has minimalist curtains. smaller than window The window is not completely closed. Stay and be suspicious 😓😓😓4. The internet is blocked, unable to download every website (so people working online are not recommended). Even though we only use Discord, it won't open.5. The owner tried to make it a minimalist resort. Including the service, there is a deposit of 200 which will be refunded only if you return the towel to the lobby. But the price is very full, 900 baht per night, compared to other places in the same area that are cheaper.6. The entrance to the room is a small staircase. There is a balcony on the other side, but I don't know what its use is. I'm still confused as to why they didn't put a balcony at the entrance so I could come out and sit and enjoy the surroundings. Or even less, it's more convenient.7. Let the housekeeper be the person to check in at that time. Check in around 3:00 p.m. and give some good information. If some are not complete, we do not blame each other. Because I know I'm a housewife. Came to help with check-in and was very good.The next morning I talked with the owner but it was evident that he had little entrepreneurial skills. The customer also exchanged and couldn't listen at all. Tell the customer that if they're not satisfied then they don't have to buy...😮 So we didn't say much. Let's write a review for you ☺️☺️ In case anyone sees beautiful pictures outside. There will be information inside for consideration. Including invisible service and internet information for you to decide on adding.P.S. The cook makes delicious porridge. If anyone decides to stay, we recommend that you buy breakfast included.P.S. 2 Hot coffee cannot be changed to iced coffee even if you agree to pay more.

The room is cute. The facilities are complete. I like that the TV is modern, an Andriod TV, and has a Netflix app to open and enjoy. But stuck in the bathroom felt a little shabby. When I went to stay there was construction going on causing noise from early morning. But overall it's good.

Accommodation is not difficult to find. Enter from the main road 1-2 km. You can park your car right in front of the property. If you arrive late at night, there will be an officer at the front guard station to hand you the keys. If you're missing anything, you can walk to the 7-Eleven in front. It's convenient.

Convenient transportation. The rooms are cute. There is a TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, and water heater. The bed is clean. But during the late night there is no security guard at the front. I'm worried about cars and the noise of children driving around disturbing my sleep. If this matter can be eliminated, it is considered OK.
