I would like to thank you for the merit too." 😅While my older sister was talking on the phone with Mother Saibun We tried to search for accommodation to see where it was. Then you will request a reservation through the application. But Mom said that the system in the application would be closed so that we could transfer the payment. The room was locked specifically for our family.Room price 1500, 5 rooms = 7500 baht(+ Deposit for bringing a dog to stay is 500 baht)** At first I was going to leave the little one at the dog hotel, but when I inquired the whole hotel allowed me to stay with an additional 500 baht) total 8000Once we have transferred the payment, we head to our accommodation to collect our luggage before going on a trip.Mother Saibun welcomed us at the counter and asked to collect the fee. Deposit for the key card is 500 baht per room and request to collect the fee for the two ground floor rooms. (Since we had an elderly person with us, we asked for a room on the ground floor for the elderly person.) Mother Sai Bun informed us that the ground floor room was a large room, but she miscalculated the money. She thought of giving it to me. She reduced it to me to the same 1500 baht per room. Mom, can I add more since they are adjacent rooms? We understood that it was a Connect room, so we paid an additional 500 baht.Once the payment was made, the services were not as expected.1. I went there with my family on the long weekend.The room looks nice on the ads but actually it's very dirty and uncomfortable. The floor is dusty the room is smelly but the worst is the restroom. The smelt of the restroom is killing all the vibes. Actually it's smell like wastewater.***we paid 1500 on each room(my room is 2 ppls)***the room was hot. it's take forever for the air conditioner to get cold.***Tv not working.***no air dryer provide.****No breafast provides,****the fitness fee is already included for the vip room but the tricky owners try to charge us another 200 bath when we ask to use the service.***make sure to take all the photo of all damages in the room when you check in to avoid unfair charges.***minibar is expensive and no price list.***No safety protocols. the lobby and stair light was off btw 10 pm - 8 am (Is that illegal?)***tricky owner (the lady) try to charge us another 100 bath each person for the immigration check up.I would never return back here even they provided me free room. (Can't stand the smells)

Room price is 1,500 baht. We stay in 5 rooms for 1 night. Price is 7,500 baht. Transfer and pay in full (not allowed to transfer reservations, giving the reason that the online system will be closed).2. Upon check-in, a security deposit of 4,000 will be charged. We transfer the baht and it is considered normal for the hotel. If there is no damage, we will get it back.3. Will ask for another 100 baht per head for 14 people, totaling 1,400 baht. Female employees refer to themselves as mother. We were informed that we had to collect it as a service fee for the Immigration Bureau when the Immigration Bureau came to inspect 😱 We didn't pay and asked the reason, what does it have to do with the Immigration Bureau, since we are all Thais? Wait for the system to work fully all night and wake up and it is still not cool.6. There is a lot of noise, including car noise and rain. It is a room that keeps noise from outside inside very well.7. The TV cannot be turned on. Inform the staff to come look. The employee asked for the remote, which was not there from the beginning. The staff let us borrow another room (my sister's room), but we still couldn't use it together. Informed us to borrow another room (my younger brother's room) which my younger brother went downstairs to my mother's room (the employee held the key card and opened it with a straight face). The guests stayed and never saw it anywhere. Do it without permission from the person entering. Rest 😅8. My sister's boyfriend went down to use the fitness service as indicated on the sign (the room price starts from 1,500, it's a VIP room, it says free fitness). In the evening, the room was locked and the male employee asked and said that Mom (female employee) kept the key. But it can be used. I'll go get the key and open it. My sister's boyfriend doesn't want to bother me. So he didn't get anything and went back up to the room. In the morning of the check-out day, we went down to use the service. This time the fitness room is open. There is a female employee who calls herself Mom. Charged a fitness service fee of 200 baht (room price from 1,500 is a VIP room stating that the fitness center is free), but the female employee responded that There's nothing free here🤬(and why would it be stated on the sign?) So I went back to my room and didn't use the service.9.
