Take your parents on vacation. An older woman, probably the owner of the school, tried to pressure our parents to check out at 10 a.m., saying that there would be other guests staying, even though the actual check out time was no later than 12:00. I felt really bad.

Second stay, calm, clean.

I was looking for a place to stay for 2 nights to watch the Fireworks Festival. Most of them were full so I stayed here. Convenient location next to the Mekong River, just walk across the road, there is parking for about 5 cars in front. The room you get is a room at the back with no view of the Mekong River. The price is 1,400 baht per room. We booked 2 rooms, a 3rd floor room with a small 5 foot queen size bed. A little too much Breakfast is Vietnamese noodles. or egg pan to choose from, with coffee and Patongko to complement The steamboat festival is very beautiful. It's the first time I've come to see it. It's really worth it. The ship has been abandoned for too long. Until waiting to see only 4 ships from 12 boats because it was very late. Recommend eating at the hotel. I recommend eating at the Landmark Hotel. Delicious, beautiful restaurant, not expensive.

The service is very good, the room is large, clean, complete with necessary items.

Just went to spend the end of Buddhist Lent at Lai Ruea Fai in 2023. Everything was good. I recommend it.

Got a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the Mekong River, looking into the trees. But there is still a gap where you can see the Mekong River in the distance. The road in front of the hotel is wide, so it's not very uncomfortable. But in front of the balcony is a computer and air conditioner on one side. So I couldn't sit and sit for long. (But very suitable for drying towels)​ You can see the Naga King not far away. The atmosphere in the room is comfortable. Decorated with cream color The bathroom wall that separates the bedroom is a large, clean mirror. There is a blind installed on the bedroom side. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is powerful but a bit noisy. The ceiling light at the end of the bed is a 2-way switch. The mattress is comfortable, the pillows are soft, clean but the white color is a bit old. There is a table next to the bed with power plugs on both sides. There is a hair dryer in the room with cool/hot air at the same level of power. The minibar must be plugged in itself. There are 2 bottles of water per day, a kettle, 3in1_2 sachets of coffee, clothes hanging on an open rack. The bathroom has strong water but waits a long time for warm water. There are 2 pairs of tweezers for use in the room.**Disadvantage: There is no light in front of the dressing mirror. It's in a different corner of the room. Both sides of the bedside lamp use the same switch (can't turn on/off each side separately). Bathroom items are only shampoo, shower gel, shower cap and cotton bud, 2 old white towels. But (I think) it's clean. Be careful of the bathroom door threshold - it's very high. Every time I take a step, I stumble. The door to the room has a gap below and the smell of cigarettes from other rooms (or the lobby on the 2nd floor) can come in._ Very smelly.What I want to admire is that the housekeeper really cleans. Every mirror in the bathroom is clear and clean. The tables and chairs on the balcony were clean.The front door closes at 10 p.m. After that, you must use the room key card. There is a deposit of 300 baht for the room key when registering and checking in. There is parking in front of the school for 4 cars and opposite the school, 3 floors, stairs, no elevator.There are bicycles for rent.

Good service, room suitable for the price Use a good brand of air conditioner. I like it because the Daikin brand has the quietest sound. I slept well.But maybe add perfume to the room. With a little bathroom Because there was a slight smell of pipes coming back up (understandable because walking on the road in front of the school, I could smell a similar smell in the bathroom).

Near Prayasattanakarat ( big Naga) closed to the Mekong river and very accessible to weekend night market. the rooms are clean and affordable
