This review is for the Sino Cafe attached to the hotel. I ordered a pepper steak and fries along with a coca cola. It was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Obviously local beef but it was juicy, tender and had very little fat or gristle. Incredible value at only 150 baht! Lovely ladies working there and I will be back to try out more dishes.

We lived on the second floor overlooking the river in the second building, they say it is newer. The room was quiet, the sun did not shine into the room, this is also a big plus.The room is small, the bed is huge, very comfortable, the bed linen is high quality and clean. Cleaning every day, they brought two bottles of water, two instant coffee, a bunch of bottles of shampoo and gel, shower caps and ear sticks, no soap. Shower with a glass half door, hot water flowed well, and the water in the shower went well too.At the reception you can get beach towels of different sizes, from regular to extra large, and mats. There are large scales at the reception so you can weigh your suitcase before packing.Breakfast is normal, a couple of hot dishes such as chicken with rice or pork with noodles, scrambled eggs, fruits - pineapple and watermelon, yogurt, instant coffee. All the staff are very friendly, you can joke and laugh with them.The hotel is conveniently located, from the hotel to the right after 400m on the other side there is the DooDee cafe, inexpensive Thai cuisine, adapted for us. Tom Yum, fried shrimp, etc. 100-120 baht each.From the hotel to the right after 200m there is a rental of Sandy bikes, there they rented a simple Yamaha bike for 200 baht/day.From the hotel, turn left after 400m to Jingle Ceylon, opposite it is the bazaar. At the market, mangoes are 40 baht/kg, dragon eye white 80 baht, red 120 baht, peeled small wildly sweet pineapples 60 baht in a bag of 8 pcs. In the evening before the market there are all sorts of food stalls with kebabs, sushi, shakes, pancakes, etc.

Hotel on the 3rd coast, not for a seal holiday, excellent location at the junction of all directions, and a fish market and a Russian bun, and 7/11, and an exchange office with a good exchange rate

Oh this hotel is a real find!We read reviews about different hotels and were afraid to go to Phuket, but this is Sino Maison 🤌🏻We were first placed in a meager room with a window onto the street, which made it a bit noisy. But when we asked for another room, they happily helped us as soon as it became available) Two days later we went there and it was a fairy tale)In order:The location is super, everything you need is nearby: a night market with delicious food, shops, exchange offices, the sea is just a stone's throw away, if you want to hang out - Bangla is very close)The staff illuminates you with all the smiles of Thailand) Very kind, friendly people, they will always help and adviseThe rooms are clean and comfortable, with a view of the river, generally super for a hotel with such a budget priceCleaning - they came to us every day, everything was clean and tidy)💙 great place)

My room is on the 5th floor. I slept fine. I put on vacuum headphones at night and go ahead. The location is very convenient. An ideal place for people like me who like to walk and don't rent a car or bike. Everything is nearby. There is a kettle and a refrigerator. I drink tea, coffee, and brew noodles. Everything suits me perfectly for the money. There is a balcony. You can smoke. I recommend. The air conditioner works well. The ladies at the reception and in the cafe are kind. Breakfast is delicious.

Friendly staff, cleaning lady did great job everyday cleaning the room. You can borrow towels from reception for swimming etc. Highly recommended. If you’re unlucky and get a room from road side, it could be little noisy, but was fine with earpads

We vacationed in January. The hotel was completely full. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor of building B. View of the river. There was no stink, but the look was so-so, of course. The furniture in the room is very old. The mattresses are good, apparently they have been updated. In the entire room, out of 4 spotlights, only one was on. The lighting was not enough. There are no complaints about the air conditioner; it worked properly. The balcony is purely for hanging things out to dry and that’s it. Every day they changed towels, provided water, coffee, sugar. There was no cleaning in 12 days; they came in to make the beds clean. Neither the floors are washed nor the dust is wiped here. The walls are very thin, you can hear everyone from all sides. You’ll even know who washes in the shower when.We had breakfast included. There is plenty to choose from. There are no comments about the quality of food. You can order a lunch box if you leave early for an excursion. But he doesn't mean anything. They give you water and a sandwich.The location of the hotel is convenient. Close to shopping center, night markets, beach, cafes.The staff is polite, they speak little English.

An excellent hotel for the money, the staff is always eager to help, we arrived at 05 in the morning and there were no rooms available, so we couldn’t check in. Our neighbors were indignant, but guys READ the rules - check-in is at 14.00! And breakfast is not included this day! This is not for the hotel - these are the rules of hotel service all over the world! But the staff even brought blankets for those who lay down at the reception. By the way, breakfast if you didn’t take 200 baht.We didn’t buy it, we bought it at 7/11 nearby, by the way it’s + the hotel, they warm them up for 39 baht sandwiches and a large cappuccino for 50 baht.City hotel! It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea. Patong beach is not the cleanest, we rented a bike for 300 baht a day and rode along others, if it’s right next to Tri Trang.Beer at 7/11 costs 60 baht, but keep in mind that alcohol is NOT served on weekdays from 14 to 17 and 00 to 11, this does not apply to small shops and cafes.I return to the hotel, they checked us in as the rooms became available, you can see that people came and handed over their keys, the cleaning lady runs there and after 20 minutes someone is checked in. We went to the beach at dawn, were given towels, went swimming, arrived at about 11, and were immediately shown to our room.About the rooms, the road is quite noisy, they gave us one, asked us to move them, promised how to get free, but they immediately said that in 3 days. We agreed))) after 3 days we were invited to move, we decided to take a look and realized that we didn’t want to))) because there is a river there and 100% mosquitoes. The rooms are both clean, cleaned daily, shampoo, gel water, even the floors seem to be washed, they left a 20 baht tip.

We had a room overlooking the river on the 4th floor. There was no smell from the river, we slept with the window open, the noise from the traffic was acceptable and did not disturb our sleep.The rooms were cleaned every day, they brought two 0.5 liter bottles of water, shower accessories and instant coffee. Towels were also changed every day.You can get beach towels from the reception. The air conditioner in the room works.The hotel has a buffet, but we didn't use it.The staff is friendly and very helpful.Did not like:1. A musty smell in the room, which is felt when returning from the street. After airing or turning on the air conditioner, the smell goes away.2. The path to the beach lies across the street with some sewerage facilities, and there is a corresponding smell. If you walk on the opposite side of the street, there will be less smell, and the sidewalk there will be better.

Everything is wonderful loved the place and the workers are very helpful including friendly, surly will come back there again and recommend everyone for it as it's worth the price The room is quite and have a balcony for smoking including not far from all the areas for tourists and everything you need is just there 7/11 front of you resturants are down and even massage shop and cannabis is beside at the same building and beside it

Very poor sound insulation.If you have to live in this hotel, immediately book a room facing the river, not the road.Traffic 24/7, as if at a motorcycle stadium!!!All the residents asked to change the room because it was impossible to spend the night in such noise!Cleanliness and breakfast 5.There are no complaints here.And it’s far from the sea, about 15 minutes on foot, through the sewers.

This is a hole. Be guided by what money they offer it for. The price of this guesthouse is 1 t baht. There is breakfast, but it needs to be better, the location is ok, but it is loud from the street, the rooms are very small and stuffy.
