The weather is good, the room is big, but there is one slight disadvantage. The TV is in front of the bathroom, the wall blocks it when sleeping and watching TV on the other side. Overall ok.

Went to relax here with a family of 5 people during the Makha Bucha holiday on March 4-6, 2023. Cheap and good prices really exist. Clean accommodations, lovely owners. There is free breakfast, including porridge, coffee, Ovaltine, toast, Tongko fish, fruit, and stir-fried noodles, stir-fried soy sauce. (I forgot to take a photo. Everything tastes good) In the room there is coffee, a kettle, complete amenities, air conditioner, water heater, small refrigerator (no hair dryer). Located in the city of Chiang Khan. Just a short drive to the walking street. Peaceful, not chaotic. Plenty of parking. Very shady. The accommodation also raises rabbits. I secretly saw white furballs running around and eating grass nonstop. Overall, I was very impressed.

You shouldn't go to stay. The caretaker doesn't take care of you and doesn't reconcile with customers. The accommodation has very dirty ants.

Already gone in Can't go in, have to leave at 8 p.m., there's a lot of noise, bad management at all. There is an elderly person at home who just took injections but is noisy. The sound system is so loud I can't sleep.I asked to leave at 9 p.m. and the homeowner said only 10 p.m. Solving the problem is like asking to leave. Until having to come out in the middle of the night to return to BangkokThe owner just said We had bad timing. It's not every day. But I'm really asking: We want peace Paid to relax but didn't get to rest.I think it's in a deep alley. I think I want to stay quiet. But you must feel very sorry.Giving only 1 star is enough for me.But other people may find something better. Just telling you to consider.Anyone who doesn't want to take the risk can pass.

Very shady. The room is beautiful and new. There are 3 charger plugs, but I secretly don't like the bottom edge of the room door. It is not attached to the ground. The opening is wide enough for insects or lizards to enter the room. The rainy season is probably coming in.

Came here for the 4th time. The owner provides good service. The accommodations are clean and have ample parking. It's not far to go to the walking street. In the morning there is porridge and fried soy sauce served. Overall good. Will come to stay here again and again.
