Convenient parking The receptionist service is very good. Luxurious breakfast, swimming pool, fitness room, view next to the Mekong River. Overall very good.

Accommodation next to the Mekong River, very good view. Got a side room with a balcony with a view of the Mekong River. The hotel has a cafe during the day. At night it's a bar. Stop by to sit and chill with lovely staff.Breakfast is very good, diverse, fully prepared. But if the hotel has activities, you may have to wait in the restaurant because there are a lot of people. But the lovely staff show responsibility and always ask questions and provide service. Please reserve a table for me when people are free.Everything is very good service. All lovely employees

Came to receive service from this hotel for the first time. Great service Especially the room on the 7th floor. The housekeeper is attentive. Enthusiastic and smiling in service, even inviting to talk, hands still don't stop working. Excellent, 7th floor, very beautiful view, come and stay a lot.

Very beautiful hotel, inexpensive price, next to the Mekong River, next to the main road, very good atmosphere. Traveling is very convenient. Near restaurants, close to the city, there are bicycles available to borrow to ride along the Mekong River. Ask for the key at Reception.Every room sees the Mekong River. I see a lot or a little depending on the room.The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, the bed is soft, the bed is comfortable, the hot water is a little difficult to adjust. It's a total boiling system. There is no water heater in the room. Amenities are provided, including a toothbrush, cotton swab, shower cap, shower cream, shampoo, conditioner, and it smells good.Service: All employees are lovely, smiling and giving good advice. The housekeeper is polite and takes good care of you.There is also a fitness room and sauna.Breakfast: I didn't reserve it, so I didn't try it.Overall, I'm impressed. If there is a chance, will go to stay again.

Come visit Nakhon Phanom. Let's travel to be juicy. Slow and chill style Booked at Veladee Hotel for 3 nights, not disappointed, but mainly focused on sleeping mostly haha. But talking about the hotel, it's really good, including service, location, rooms, and a fitness center. Banquet hall The employee said that there is also an activity to offer alms in the morning, etc. The front is next to the road, easy to get to and near the PTT gas station. The back has an activity area, a lawn, and a path down to the Mekong River, but there is a road blocking it. They let you drive in a relaxed manner. Plus there is a dedicated lane for cycling to enjoy the breeze and enjoy the view (the hotel has bicycles to borrow for free). There is a footpath for people to jog and exercise. There is a place to sit and chill along the Mekong River (video clips have been recorded for you to watch). The hotel is designed to look like a U or C shape. This should emphasize that every room has a view of the Mekong River (on the opposite side is our neighboring country). It's rising a lot, but it's not flooding. But on that side, it doesn't look like they'll survive. I feel sorry for them.In summary, ok, comfortable, worth the price.

The room on the 7th floor was clean, functional and modern and offered a partial view of the Mekong.The bathroom was also modernly equipped with a rain shower and had enough space; Unfortunately, the socket for the razor or the electric toothbrush on the hairdryer did not work.There was a small shallow pool on the ground floor with an adjoining bar and restaurant area.Unfortunately, the bicycles that the hotel had to rent out had already been rented out to someone else.The service was friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet was satisfactory.Overall, the price/performance ratio was excellent.

It’s my worst experience. Their service is not so good. I asked for taxi one day ago before I leave this hotel. They already received money but taxi comes so late. And this hotel does not responsibility anything. I never recommend this hotel for tourist.
