The price is excellent for what you get - big room with fridge, shower, balcony, comfy bed and access to a communal balcony (which had better views than my own!). The location is also excellent, really close to the riverfront. Family who run this place are fine and answered questions when I asked, but maybe could have been a little bit more welcoming.

Walked in here based on the information on Google Maps. LAK180k/night (As of Jun. 2024), large room with air conditioner, refrigerator, and hot shower. There is also a terrace, although the view is not good.I paid for 3 nights and checked in. They didn't even check my passport. Wifi had decent speed.

One minute from the center of the old town which is overflowing with charm, the most beautiful town in Laos for my taste 180,000 kip per night really great value for money

Doesn't get better for less - 180,000 kip a night. Large, clean, spacious rooms. Fridge and tv in room. Hot water and coffee facilities available in reception.Don't know the town well enough to know if it's well located, but has everything in walking distance that you need. Only a stop over point for me, but there's not other choice in town after staying here a couple of times.

170k for double room (200k for 2 beds) with AC, private bathroom with hot water, WIFI, balcony, fridge-steal of a deal!It is on quiet street and doesn’t look exciting from outside but clean and comfortable. Complimentary drinking water, instant coffee+tea available in the common area.We found the bed really comfortable and our stay pleasant and easy.Plenty of parking if needed.Would 100% stay here again.

Laos 🇱🇦 SavannakhetVery great guest house 🏡Cozy room with balcony, quiet location, good service because owner lives close and works in this guest house.Also you get a coffee ☕️ tea 🫖 and small breakfast like banana 🍌 ore different fruit 🍉Room clean, you get a hot water in shower 🚿Location close to church ⛪️ and good coffee shop. To rive walk about 8’min.Price the best in all town, 150k for one night!I recommend this place and Savannakhet city 🌃Good trip and enjoy your time 🤩👍🏼Also they have chill zone in upper and close to recreation 👍🏼Good free WiFi 🚀

I was moved here by another guest house that overbooked, and I'm glad that they did. The rooms are quite cheap, and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh. It is walking distance from the river and markets, and right next to the main road (which has tons of delicious restaurants). The owner was very good to me; she even drove me to the embassy when I had trouble getting a taxi. They have lovely indoor and outdoor seating areas. I will come back next time I am in Savannakhet!

We went to Savannakhet to get a visa, but the circumstances were such that we had to stay for 1 more night. We found this guesthouse while walking around the center. The area is great. The hotel itself is like from the movie “Bachelor Party 2: from Vegas to Bangkok” 😂 the price corresponds to the quality, by the way, the price per night is 280 baht.Wi-Fi is good, the water in the shower is warm, the bed linen is clean.But the atmosphere is very authentic :)

This is probably the best value hotel I have found in Laos. A large bed is only 120k kip per night. The rooms are large and clean. The bed is plush and nearly new. If you are in need of a coffee, tea, or a banana in the morning, one is available for you every day. Whenever I am anywhere near this region, I will certainly make an extra effort to come back to this guesthouse.

Lovely guesthouse, quiet, clean.Owner speaks some English, lovely man.Have stayed longer. In the center of Savannakhet, close to everything.Bicycles are allowed inside.

It's not too bad but there's really nothing exceptional and regarding the photos of the restaurant you can immediately forget they don't have a restaurant they don't do breakfast either there is simply a hot water bottle with Nescafe at reception
