Came by on a rainy day to enjoy the cafe - nice staff, free fast Wi-Fi, big menu selection of coffees , teas, and fruit drinks, along with desserts and breakfast items. Really like the decor/vibe & cool vocal jazz music!Btw, my Tea-puccino was nicely aromatic but please serve it HOT next time - hot drinks should come out hot, not more warm than hot.

As for the cafe, it opens at 7:30 a.m. and has food served. The taste is ok. The atmosphere is good. It's suitable for sitting and chilling, eating breakfast and sipping tea.

I just found out that this place is also a Bed & Breakfast, but I haven't stayed yet. Most of them used to only come to eat breakfast. Or drink coffee in the afternoon and bakery.Below the old wooden house is an open coffee shop, spacious, open, no air conditioning, but you can sit comfortably and have a cool breeze blowing through you all the time. It's not hot at all. If the weather is cold or there's a lot of rain, it reminds you of Chiang Khan or Mae Kampong.There is tea, coffee, both hot and cold, various sodas, and smoothies and fruit shakes. Very good and not too expensive.There may not be many cakes and bakery products, there is only a small amount in the cupboard, but waffles and toast are delicious.What do you like to eat the most? Because there is a breakfast set here, the ABF set, pan-fried eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, as well as single dishes. There are many to choose from. The price is not expensive too.If you come and try it once. I guarantee that you will like this Baan Ya restaurant.

I only stopped in for a coffee, so I can't comment on the accommodations or the food. Ordered a hot Americano. Taste of the coffee was very good. Price was average, 40 thb. Cup was a bit small though. All in all though, a good coffee in a very comfortable and interesting environment. Worth a return visit to try some food.
