The rooms are clean but there are no furniture inside. The do not put even the slipper in the toilet. The hotel runs restaurant. The foods are good and cheap. You can have fine dining. But the smoke and smell from the kitchen enters to the room. That is too bad if you are staying inside the room during their rush cooking hours.

Stayed here for about a week for the visa run. Recommend if you’re cheaping out as two bed room was 300 baht a night. Compared to other hotels it’s budget friendly. There’s a cafe besides the hotel if you wanna grab a coffee or a lunch. There’s a water cooler at the lobby if you want your water refilled or need hot water for noodles. They also sell instant cup noodles for 30 baht and drinks for 20 but the drinks are not cold so I don’t think it is worth it in my opinion. Also there’s no daily room service so take that info as you will.

Clean spacious and cheap. Internet not brilliant but walking distance to embassy and bus station. Near to a few nice restaurants but not much else around this area. Tea and coffee complimentary in the foyer area. Big grounds and a fantastic old tree.

It felt a little lonely, but it was quiet and comfortable. The staff is very kind and friendly, and you can stay with peace of mind without worrying about theft. Although you cannot eat meals including breakfast, there are clean cafes, restaurants, food stalls, and general stores nearby, so it is very convenient. There is no danger even if you go out alone at night, and the area is safe. Above all, the price is low, so it can be said to be very cost-effective. The location is also great, just 10 minutes walk from the Consulate General in Laos.

Inexpensive basic place. Good for visa runs. It's close to the Thai consulate. It's a but far from the centre of town. If you want to go out at night, choose another place. If you want a cheap and quiet place near the Thai consulate, choose this one.
