This place is great! Don't expect room service. The guests here are the best! I have had more thought provoking conversations here than anywhere else. You meet really people here. I didn't even stay here, we were invited by a friend. Best bohemian, laid back, place to meet people from everywhere.

Coming here many years ,I really think it is one of the best place in prachuap and cheap and you have a kitchen surrounded by a lovely garden .a good stop before heading south,you find Maggie homestay 10 mn walk from the train station

Best value for money hotel in the city! We were able to get a large room with shared bathrooms for just 350 bath per night. & if you stay several days the manager can even give you a price

250THB for a single room with fan. Shared bathroom with hot water.Other rooms might be much better because some of them are in the proper building, but cheapest rooms are almost like in a shack. Shabby, tiny, dark room. Bunch of mosquitoes because of lush green in the property.This place can be good for socializing with other guests, mostly foreigners, with free space in the garden and also there's the kitchen for anyone to use.Rental bicycle is 30THB for a day. 50THB is average around here, so it's cheaper.

Friendly guest house,well located near the sea side.The new manager is really nice and they have good bycicles at a very reasonable price.I miss the cheap massages on the beach near the night market.

I come for many years and still like the place. The old lady is super sweet. You can use the garden kitchen. Water refill machine. Laundry machines. Lots of different room options. A block away from the beach. Old school place. Nice garden to hang out.

Unfortunately not what it used to be and not longer run by Maggie. The owner of the property took over about 3 years ago and moved into one of the rooms inside the house. She is a nice older lady but doesn't speak any english.It used to be a very lively guesthouse with a great mix of backpackers and families and long nights sitting together in the garden, but that time seems to be gone for good. Backpackers rarely find there way to prachuap anymore and so it's mostly people there who either stay alone or within there community. That plus the new owner made it all a bit boring and took a bit of the freedom you use to have there and why people chosed it over other placedWith Covid going around the guesthouse is almost empty most of the time. But of course still an OK option for a cheap place to stay for a few days

The room is quiet and good. Located close to the sea, just over 50 meters. Beautiful sea water, wide view, suitable for people who like to take photos in the morning. The owner is very friendly. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals as you please. I really like it.
