Stay next to the sea The atmosphere is very private and quiet, but the resort prices are a little high. If they can be reduced, it would be good for customers. But overall I like it here. Wake up in the morning and go for a walk on the beach.

We not stayed... From far away looking nice like a luxury resort in concrete style. but not from close, and quite expensive (4300 THB) for family room with 40m2 looking like 25m2(?)... pool water was not clean at all, We found much better one in Prachuab downtown for THB1000 with real 40m2

Beautiful resort, right by the beach with stunning views. 2 pools (one inside and one outside). The rooms right by the beach are in theory a great idea but not very well maintained, so we asked to switch rooms and move to the other side of the road. The rooms are much better inside. The staff were incredibly understanding and kind.It was sadly raining during our stay, and we seemed to be the only ones at the resort for some reason.Highly recommend LIPDA for a small weekend getaway nearby Hua Hin.

At first, before staying, I saw reviews that were not very good. But when actually staying, it's considered okay. The room is clean, maybe a bit old. But it's quiet and not chaotic. Suitable for people who like privacy. Overall is impressive. The staff speaks well. Provide good service. If there is a chance to go back and stay again.

Book a Loft Spa room with a Jacuzzi tub in the room. It's a single-story room. arranged in long rows Located in the seaside zone Across the road is a building zone. There are 2 swimming pools, a restaurant, and a building for accommodation. Children like to play in the water, playing in the pool, then the sea, and then the Jacuzzi. The room was spacious, not cramped, clean, but the area at the head of the bed had marks from termites eating the wood. Lots of decay, including the pillars. The lights in the room are a bit low, making it not bright. Very calm place You can walk along the seaside. But in front of the accommodation is a place where there are a lot of rocks. Breakfast is set to choose from. Children 4 years old and up are 300 ฿ per head, considered expensive. Good service staff greeted you from the moment you arrived. and when checking out as well Stayed on Friday night, not many people, very peaceful, suitable for stopping over along the way. It is close to the Wah Kor Aquarium.

Quiet and peaceful. The day we went was like a chartered resort. Haha. All the staff provided very good service. There are bicycles to ride for free. The elder who went with us rode to give alms in the morning. There is a chance to go again.

We were traveling down to PhangNga and decided to stop here for a rest. Very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and supportive. Breakfast was ok. Seems like a local holiday type hotel, so we literally had the place to ourselves. We'll be back! 🙏

Really very good hotel Probably the best in Khlong Wan. But the management is not good. There are 17 employees in 2 shifts. I think it's not enough. Room prices are expensive. But it's very far from Hua Hin, Bang Saen, Pranburi.Advantages: You can bring your dog to stay.-------It is recommended to change the guard to the night shift. Both men and womenThe story is thatI went to stay on April 13-16 and stayed in room 258.Around 4-5 p.m., we were right in front of the hot front. There were foreign customers (from India) who came to check in and the 2 guards said that the room was full. The guards only said "no no no" and something like this. We talked with the customers for 10 minutes.......Finally, I went to check. The customer who had booked from Agoda had already paid on the 13-14th.......When you're so stupid, you'll chase away customers just by telling them the room is full. You can't speak English. Damn, I didn't ask to see the customer's booking. Chase like a pig, like a dog......Finally, I had to go in and help speak. So I got a room............I asked, is there anything else I can help with? (That is, I came to stay at the school. As an English speaker, I can help translate.).....When she finally gives in, she raises her voice to say "No" and her face looks like Here.***** True story, go check the CCTV at the front counter and see it at 4-5 PM on the night of April 13th. What I said about bad management is the truth. That is, the owner didn't come to take care of him. Let it sink and rot like this.

If you don't want to be disappointed, run away.- Employees have no knowledge of services.- No Service Mind They are addicted to playing with their mobile phones a lot.- Breakfast is said to be eaten until 10 a.m., but it's already 9:30 in a hurry.- The pool villa room had geckos crying loudly all night.- The pool is dirty, the pool lights don't turn on at night.- The steel entrance door cannot be locked or closed completely. Anyone passing by can always see it.- There is not one employee who has leadership ability to solve problems. No one posed as a manager.

It is a resort with two parts, separated by a road. The side next to the sea is the side where we stayed. The exterior has been renovated but is in poor condition. The interior is in old condition. Enough to rest and sleep. Not suitable for families with small children. Polite staff.

The walkway area is quite narrow. Accommodation has both a sea side and a side that is not next to the sea. The landscape decoration structure is good, but it looks like it hasn't been improved yet and looks a bit dry. The rooms are beginning to deteriorate. Employee service is very good, but internal communication coordination is not good.

Stayed on 7 March 2024 in the C-Nature room. The balcony is dirty, lots of bird droppings, lots of dust. The old common pool is very dilapidated. The hotel is under repairs but no calls were made to notify customers even though they had reserved in advance. In fact, if you were to renovate the entire ground floor, it wouldn't be appropriate to even open it to customers. It's so full. Overall condition including in the room and around the hotel is old, shabby, dirty. Room price 3450+10%+ extra bed 1000+ 4 year old child 300. Total payment: 5385 It's considered very expensive. It's a waste of money. And more than the money, it's the feeling of having driven this far but in this condition. So bad. Doesn't match the cover at all. Post a photo of the room from the era. It's beautiful. When it arrived, the condition was as described. The house is even cleaner.

The accommodation has a dirty balcony with a lot of bird droppings. The pool is not clean. Conditions inside the room are normal. The floor tiles began to rebound. The grout began to fall off.If compared to the price of 3,450.-, the price is too expensive.... (Break during festival 30/12)

It's very beautiful in the picture. When we arrived, we were very disappointed. The old hotel was very dilapidated and we had reserved an expensive room. But not as good as in the picture.

The room is very old. The dust on the sofa was lumpy and not worth the price paid. Breakfast for a 5 year old child is 300 baht and the food he gets is very allergic. The swimming pool cannot be played in, the water is dirty. I want it to be improved a lot. The atmosphere is good, very disappointing.
